Got here late Thursday night to be told our room wasn't available they had overbooked and we couldn't get in our room for 4 days out of a 7 days holiday booked by our son as a surprise for our 10 year wedding anniversary we was meant to be staying in the best room the fishermans village room with private pool but was put in a room 3 grades lower and the worse of it is we was put right above the room which we should of been in. Management and Jet 2 rep absolutely disgraceful offered a payment of £274 from a 5 grand holiday

A Lovely hotel to visit
My husband and myself have recently returned from a 7 day visit to this amazing hotel.I have to mention Bahadhz our room attendant who was so friendly and did a very good job with cleaning our room also I have to mention Mahesti ,Victor(AKA Ronaldo)and all the staff in the rock and role cafe what a wonderful place to eatl, they are all so welcoming and friendly lovely food and very good vib and you are well looked after, all the staff at this hotel are friendly and always smiling, the hotel is very spacious with lots of bars entertainment venues and food available all day, the adult pool is very warm and we met some really lovely people there during our stay, so thank all of you for making our visit memorable

A relaxing stay.
Second trip to this hotel after a 4 yr break. There has been a refurb with the new piano bar with its fabulous feature ceiling a great addition. I’m not sure that my room has been included un the refurb but mum’s room was very plush with a free standing bath and separate shower. The place is very clean with a focus on relaxation and tranquility. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, more so I’d say than in my other holidays to Greece and Spain. They work such long hours but rock up each day with a smile. Mario and his female sidekick at the serenity pool deserve a shout out and several of the staff covering the piano bars at night whose names I did not catch. Chenga who looked after my room also did a great job. There is entertainment each night however it’s typically singers playing the same tracks which over a course of 10 nights becomes repetitive. Some comedy would have been nice. Finally there is the food, I’d give it a 4/5. On the whole though it was a great stay with no difficulties and I can’t say I heard any complaints from other guests either so I’d recommend it.

Fabulous holiday!
Just returned from a week at the Olympic lagoon resort, Paphos.. One word - “outstanding”in every way! Fabulous location right on the beach, huge pool area with assigned sunbeds which worked seamlessly. The staff were just the best, without exception, they honestly could not do enough for us and in a genuine and unassuming manner. We must mention Bed Raj, such a lovely man, who looked after our room, it was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The whole hotel was beautifully presented and again spotlessly clean. Food was stunning, excellent selection both at the buffet and al a carte restaurants. Beautiful outside dining terraces, table service starting with being shown to a table of your choice by charming hosts, to all the waiting staff - outstanding! Wish we could mention them all by name! Pool area with swim up bar was fantastic providing a real pool party atmosphere! We will definitely be returning!

The location is very good, the rooms are clean, the staff is just great. Everyone is polite and very friendly. Good performances in the evening. The area is clean, the food is very tasty
