This family-friendly resort is made up of two hotels. It is situated in a quiet tourist area of Paphos, approximately 800 metres from Kato Paphos centre. The establishment is 1.5 km from the ancient ruins and 980 metres from the beach. Paphos International Airport and Larnaca International Airport are 19 and 145 km away respectively. With so many sights and attractions in the vicinity guests will never run out of things to do.
The hotel offers a host of facilities to suit the need of every traveller. Two outdoor pools are available during the summer as well as an AquaPark for the younger guests while in the colder months guests can enjoy a swim in the heated indoor pool. A gym, SPA area and various recreational sports are also available on-site, while diverse entertainment programs are organized for children and adults.

Great hotel
Brilliant hotel with great food! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The entertainment were amazing including Matas! Entertainment for the majority of the week which is enjoyable. The bar service is great with table service and friendly staff! Location is decent too being not far from the sea and having lots of excursions nearby. Overall great experience will definitely return!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Family Stay!
Our 11-day holiday at Mayfair Gardens was brilliant. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered great variety for the family, and the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome throughout.
The location is perfect - rich historic sites are within easy walking distance, and the beach, and harbour are just a pleasant 20-minute stroll away.
We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better base for our first trip to Cyprus. Highly recommended!
Great hotel in Paphos near the King's Mall
Great hotel with a fun atmosphere that will appeal to families. We were all inclusive and the food was brilliant. So much choice and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the animation team worked hard to get people involved but were never pushy. The pools were great, lots of sunbeds, and although the towels went out early we were a group of 9 and always managed to sit together. Our room was a family room, good air conditioning, loads of space and comfortable. It was good to have a gym, and although it was warm it was never too busy. The evening entertainment was varied from parrots to bingo with a good bit of dancing mixed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return some time in the future.

Location amazing atmosphere amazing rooms gorgeous
Great clean hotel for couples and families.
Me and my partner stayed here for a week on our first holiday. When we arrived we were given our room on the ground floor and we were mistaken by the layout of the room and thought we had been mistakenly put in the Mayfair Gardens (we hadn’t been) and we preferred a room with a balcony for our towels, when I spoke to reception the staff were very helpful and the next day we were moved to a different room at no extra cost and the new room was perfect for us.
Our favourite food night was the Greek/Cypriot night, we found that the other nights the food could have been slightly better, their could have been 2-3 more hot food options, however the deserts were perfect.
The daytime entertainment was good (water polo, volleyball etc) however the night time entertainment was very repetitive, there seems to be bingo every night, and karaoke was advertised for Sunday but never happened which was particularly disappointing for us.
The night time table service could have been better aswell as it seemed if you weren’t closer to the bar on the ‘inside’ tables you would be waiting a long time to have glasses collected and orders taken.
The pool was perfect, and we got up at 7am to get our towels out where there was plenty of sunbeds available at that time so that very reasonable for us.
The Flying Pig bar was reasonably priced especially with a 10% discount on drinks for those staying at the hotel, and the flying pig bar is also connected into the hotel, easily accessible from the pool.
The hotel also has a mini market in it where they sell everything you may need for your stay.
