Very good, could be excellent with a couple of tweaks
First off, great staff, great food, very clean
The check in was easy and had our cases taken to our room.
There was a few things that need addressing.
- The sunbed wars are ridiculous!
Having to get up at 7am to get a decent one is out of order. People of a certain colour band are allowed to reserve til Midday!! Otherwise it’s a chaotic free for all.
- The entertainment is poor.
Guitarist/singers who struggle to play and sing. It’s not a cheap place to go to and you expect a better standard
- The in house nightclub is excellent, but it’s stuck down a corridor and not advertised enough that it’s there! Big it up! It’s a great place for any age!

Had the most amazing holiday we booked standard all inclusive and honestly was amazing great range of cocktails and good beer, the staff were absolutely amazing from entry to exit made sure we were always taken care of and were very informative and helpful I had particularly a stressful situation where I lost my hand bag and the reception staff and house keeping were absolutely amazing and found it for me would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking bar staff and kitchen staff also exceptional aswell as that great views of the sea and a nice walk along harbour to the restraints and pubs overall an amazing experience and a fantastic holiday thank you so much ☺️

I travel a lot, so I have to admit that it has become increasingly difficult to truly impress me. It takes something genuinely special to create that real "wow" feeling.
Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel and Spa did exactly that.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply outstanding.
We needed both a late check-in and a late check-out due to our flight schedule, and both requests were handled effortlessly and with genuine kindness. Nothing ever felt like a problem.
Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The level of hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional and made us feel truly valued as guests.
The food was delicious, varied and of excellent quality every single day. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job.
We booked a Full Sea View room, and it truly lived up to its name. Waking up to the endless blue sea every morning and watching the breathtaking sunsets from our balcony will remain one of our favourite travel memories.
The beach, with its combination of sand and rocks, was perfect for both swimming and snorkelling, and the pool temperature was ideal throughout our stay.
The location is excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated, and it is an easy and pleasant walk to Paphos Harbour and the town centre, making evening strolls along the waterfront an absolute pleasure.
This has honestly been one of the most beautiful holidays of my life. If I could, I would happily return tomorrow.
Finally, I would also like to mention that this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The quality of the facilities, the service, the food and the overall guest experience far exceeded our expectations.
My heartfelt thanks go to every single member of the staff and the management team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and delivering such an exceptional guest experience.
You have set a very high standard, and I sincerely hope to return one day.

Wonderful vacation , third time in this hotel, all fabulous. Everyone on the staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Helen on reception, Tamara of guest services and Fotulla in the breakfast room. The main pool is divine and morning water zumba always fun. Even though the hotel was full, you never got the feeling that it was crowded, there were always places to sit. Food was great, especially breakfast, and there was always something delicious at all meals, including the snack bar during the day. We managed to get to all the restaurants this time - all were fine, it's nice to have a meal in a different setting than the main dining room with friendly table service... some of the dishes were a bit hit and miss, but we never left hungry! We loved being visited by cats in the garden suite including one which we called Kiki who was with us every day and even slept on our deck! I hope other guests give him treats and water to drink. Overall this is a perfect venue and we had a perfect family vacation.

Wonderful stay again!
This is our third visit to this hotel, we were welcomed on arrival with fizz and our cases taken up to the room, nice touch. We had a premium sea view room on the 5th floor, the room is large and spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily and fresh towels twice daily. Huge very comfortable bed. We ate in all the restaurants and found every meal exceptional, fantastic choice and excellent quality. The staff make this hotel a truly friendly welcoming place to be, Pralhad at the pool bar recognises us from last year and was so helpful. Special thanks also to Sandeep and Jonathan excellent service given always nothing too much trouble. Also to Andreas at breakfast for the amusing conversation! Overall cannot fault the hotel, people in deluxe rooms had sunbeds reserved but this was not a problem we managed to get good sunbeds everyday although did get up early to do so. We paid extra to keep our room for late check out which is definitely worth it, we had champagne and chocolates put in the fridge as a goodbye gesture which was lovely! We will definitely be returning!
