🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Adults Only Perfect
From the moment we arrived we knew we were in a luxury 5* Adults Only Hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Last year we made the mistake of staying at a so called 5* hotel in Turkey where we were treated as second class citizens to a certain nationality and the staff favoured these extremely rude guests over the polite British guests, it was damn right rude and disrespectful, we swore blind we would never go to an all inclusive Hotel/Resort again. However we risked it and WOW what a different country, culture and totally beautiful human beings can do to change your mind. We arrived at The Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach & Spa and the welcome was 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and we immediately knew that this holiday was going to be amazing, and we weren’t wrong. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and advised by the lovely lady who checked us in all about the hotel and what was where and everything we needed to know, our bags were delivered to our room by a really friendly chap. The room was lovely, clean, lovely size with a nice welcome treat, and great coffee station with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle with coffee and tea, a lovely well equipped clean bathroom with awesome walk in shower. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Although it is huge it doesn’t feel like it, unlike a lot of all inclusive hotels. They have nailed the 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All Inclusive and we felt the adults only really made this hotel even better. We find all inclusive dining very canteeny however, you obviously have to work out the best time that suits you if you want quieter but that’s easily sussed out. The food is delicious, really varied and lots of choices to satisfy everyone. The staff are outstanding and friendly and Breakfast and Lunch is looked after by The Amazing Fotoula 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am an avid people watcher and I was fascinated watching Fotoula greet everyone with such warmth whilst keeping an eye on absolutely everything that was going on with out detracting from her conversation with her guests 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 To be totally honest I wish I had taken note of everyone’s names because you are all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and above. All went above and beyond, top notch service when you approach the bar and the Bar Tender says ‘vodka tonic for the lady’ or ‘ice coffee with Baileys’ ‘Irish Coffee with Baileys’ that is hospitality at its finest 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I hope you guys read this as thank you all for your hard work and amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hospitality. Without you all being so friendly, polite, professional, fun and just 100% lovely and that goes out to every single person that works tirelessly to make sure we all have the best holiday you are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing. Huge shout out to the shop downstairs that sells awesome products at great prices, never have I ever been to a hotel where they had such a lovely shop with such great products at such great prices. One thing I purchased was a small leather purse that was a great price. I just wanted a cheap small purse and I couldn’t believe it when I realised it was leather and proper leather that smells lovely. It’s so refreshing that a hotel has such an amazing shop run by a lovely gentleman and young lady who again have 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 customer service. Hotel is in the perfect location for a mooch to St Nicholas Church which is spectacular, a slightly longer mooch to the harbour, a bus ride to Kings Avenue and much much more. Very close to the airport which we were slightly worried about but we live quite close to Gatwick so thought we’d take a punt, the odd plane goes over but is hardly noticeable. We had a Fantastic, Wonderful, Amazing holiday thanks to you all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 see you next year 🌞🌞🌞🌞

Great Hotel overall although one member of staff beggared Belief with her attitude
We’ve tried repeatedly to give our feedback to the hotel via WhatsApp the reply from them is always the same. We’re busy right now and with another customer so please try again. So here we go. Thank you again so much for a really great holiday. All your staff are fabulous. The only complaint and critique we have was with the lady, I think her name was Milena with Dark hair tied in a ponytail in the Italian Snack Bar who cleans the tables etc. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and rude. Never smiling. Twice during our stay with you. When one of the holiday makers had a full seizure fit outside the Italian snack bar by the poolside and while we were waiting for the Paramedics to get there with members of your management team. My Husband and I did all we could to make the young lady patient comfortable, placing a pillow under her head as she fitted and try and give her some space and privacy by moving the tables and chairs around her so that other holiday makers weren’t in the way and form an area for her as she was having her fit. Your lady Milena just ignored everything that we were trying to do to help and was more concerned with putting everything back to keep the Italian day snack bar running. There was no First Aider to help or readily available. We even beckoned the life guard on duty that day and he said he was trained enough to help. Your lady Milena had little or no empathy for the seriousness of the situation whatsoever. That young girl could have swallowed her tongue and died. On another occasion I was just looking and browsing through the teabags in the Italian Snack bar and she marched over, again Milena and I said I was looking through to see what tea I wanted. She literally pushed me to one side and said “we only have one type of teabag, when clearly there was Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Green Tea, Jasmine Tea so forth on offer. As I walked away she tutted and said Pppffftttt American!! We found her rude and unhelpful and I thought should let you know as every other member of staff we encountered was so pleasant and always helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our holiday with you. Perhaps she needs lessons or training in good Customer Service and how to handle and deal with holiday makers with Respect or in a serious situation like the day before with that poor girl having a fit. We just thought you should know, otherwise everything was fantastic on every other level. Particularly praise to Maria on Towels, Jonathan and Ashish the Cocktail Waiter who made our stay otherwise a pleasure with their smiles and excellent service. Our second stay did not disappoint
Our second time staying at the cypria Maris and we were not disappointed. All of the staff including Maria astero, fotoulla, andreas, valentina ,Jonathan and all of the others are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. The food was fantastic with a really good choice and and the restaurant/ kitchen staff are very accommodating. The facilities and location are also excellent

Superb Hotel
Absolutely love this hotel - second visit and both times have been brilliant. The food is really good, the premium drinks upgrade is great. The entertainment was spot on and Kev in the exec bar is a gem 👌🏻
Very Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa.
The staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming, our room was spacious, and the shower was very good. The food was generally good, with the speciality restaurants being a particular highlight. The entertainment was also good and added to the overall holiday experience.
There were, however, a few disappointments. Booking the speciality restaurants was unnecessarily difficult, as there was no overall calendar view showing availability. Instead, we had to check each day individually, often only to find that no tables were available. In the end, we visited the very friendly customer services desk, who make the bookings for us without any difficulty. It would be much better if this could be done easily through the booking system.
The bathroom towels were somewhat thin, some were threadbare and well past their best, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The fruit juices also did not taste like genuine fruit juice.
The hotel felt somewhat clinical, largely because of its size. Much of the evening entertainment takes place in the lobby, which lacks atmosphere and feels rather uninviting, with little sense of a cosy place to relax. Entertainment at the pool bar was very good. We would also have appreciated a comfortable outdoor seating area where we could enjoy a drink without being surrounded by smokers.
Overall, the hotel has many positives, particularly its friendly staff, spacious rooms and good food. However, improvements to the towels, restaurant booking system and relaxation areas would make a noticeable difference and help bring the experience up to a higher standard.
