Dimitra was very nice, good massage
This hotel is definitely overpriced. The biggest plus is the cleanliness, it was very clean. The common areas and rooms are definitely in need of renovation; the passage of time is clearly visible; a refresh usually doesn't help. The hotel is very focused on extracting more money from guests. The wristbands are in different colors, and the guests are segregated – I really didn't like it. This is the first time I've encountered such unfriendly service throughout the entire hotel; only a few people were genuinely nice. Most didn't even smile back. I would only return this hotel if the price was right, but unfortunately, I think I overpaid significantly, and this place wasn't worth it.
Good location with a 40 min coastal walk to Paphos Harbour. The hotel has a good layout with a large main reception and balcony. The lagoon style swimming pool with small streams, a children's pool and an adult swim up pool bar set in gardens next to the beach gives choice for everyone. There is a large dining room serving 3 main meals a day plus an additional 3 themed restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel. Overall a good hotel but my criticism would be 1. no mattresses on the sunbeds which all other hotels along the coast have. This can lead to back ache or soreness. And 2. the food combinations at lunch and evening meals were a strange mix with some food often a bit bland so we did eat out on three evenings.
Amazing massage ,really helped with back and shoulders ,fantastic job
My son and I both had a massage on the second day of our stay, and we were really impressed with the experience. The massage itself was excellent, and I cannot fault Dimitza professionalism. She was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.
Although the prices were around 20% higher than what we would typically pay back home, the quality of the treatment made it well worth it. We both had a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend booking a massage during your stay.
