Centrally located in the heart of Paphos between two main tourist areas, this charming hotel is situated next to the Tombs of the Kings and a 15-minute walk from the main shopping centre and tourist area of Kato Paphos. Here, guests will find links to the public transport network, the mosaics and Paphos medieval fort, while restaurant, bars, shops and nightlife can be found at the hotel's doorstep. The hotel is just 200 m from the beach, and Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 km away. With all the facilities it provides, it is ideal for families, couples and individuals. Guests may enjoy a work out in the gym, relax in the hot tub, sauna or steam room, or enjoy a game of tennis. They can also make use of the 3 swimming pools this hotel offers. For those who love the fairway, golf course approximately 2.5 km from the hotel.
We read the mixed reviews and wondered about booking but went ahead, so glad we did. Ignore the negative comments, it's a three star hotel and you get what you pay for. We stayed bed and breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant apart from breakfast which was good enough with a wide selection. The pool area was lovely, not too busy and spotlessly clean while prices at the pool bar were very reasonable. The room was spotless and kept that way by a daily visit from the cleaning staff. Add in the location, ideal for bars and places to eat, and the close proximity to the local bus station and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
We stayed here 23rd June 26, we bought the package holiday as AI. Overall the hotel staff are very friendly and very polite, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The pools could do with a clean but are again they are both good. When we arrived we were allocated room 108, room is a bit cramped but it was adequate, (you do have to pay for the fridge and safe as extras), however we did ask for a upgrade on our second day and we were given a superior twin room 513 for the price of €80, what a great difference, well worth the money, rooms are 50% bigger and you don’t have to pay for the fridge or safe. The All Inclusive - breakfast is the same every morning, with fried eggs and powdered scrambled egg. Lunch - on the terrace, again you do get a few choices off the menu so you can’t complain, but you do have to pay for a smoothie if you want one. Dinner - some nights there was only +/-8 people all night, so you get very little choice. Entertainment - you get a singer on the terrace on Thursday and Friday that’s it, the Romanian lady that does the day activities does table tennis at around 3pm and that’s it. The only bar open was the pool bar, inside bar did not open in all the time we stayed. This is a 3 star hotel and I don’t think it would take a lot more to make it a 4 star, if a little money was spent in the right places. Yes we would stay here again but only as B&B as it’s in a good location for Bars, Shops and restaurants.
We had a lovely holiday. The rooms were cleaned every day. I enjoyed the aerobics every morning at 11. All staff helpful polite and friendly.
Very dated poor food very old fashioned entertainment is for old people nothing for children and the food is very poor no choice and the atmosphere is dead rooms are dated
It’s a decent option for a one-night stay, especially if you’re arriving on a late-night flight, as it offers free parking and a 24/7 reception, which is very convenient. The position is also quite good as it is close to many attractions and restaurants. That said, I wouldn’t choose it for a longer holiday. My room felt quite old-fashioned and was extremely noisy, with virtually no soundproofing, so I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and corridor. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, and to make matters worse, they were noticeably different heights, and very hard, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. For a short overnight stay, it does the job, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer.
