This apartment complex enjoys a great position in the island of Cyprus, being the ideal choice of accommodation for both families and couples on holidays. The apartments are very close from the beach and several sightseeing attractions such as the Tombs of the Kings or Kato Paphos Castle. Paphos fishing harbour is also very close by, allowing visitors to enjoy the myriad of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Travellers will appreciate the fully furnished and well-equipped apartments that count with all conceivable features and amenities for a truly comfortable stay. They are fitted with a complete kitchenette for guests to prepare their own food and a private balcony surrounded by a beautiful garden where they can rest and relax after a busy day. Besides from relaxing by the hotel's outdoor and indoor pools, visitors might have some fun exercising at the gym or playing table tennis or pool.

Little gem
It is our last day today and having read some of the other reviews I think they are in an alternative dimension!! The hotel is so central to the bus station,the Kings Mall,restaurants cafes and bars We walked down to Paphos in 20 minutes and down from old town about the same time. The 218 bus from the garage goes to old town. The 215 goes to coral bay. Only €2 each way and run every 15 minutes. The room we had was spacious with everything you need for self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa the requisite g plan block!! The pool is clean and plenty of sun beds . Bar reasonable prices and food looked ok but finished at 15:30 so I think they’re missing a trick. Both of the bar staff were lovely and engaging Negatives - air conditioning leaked water all over the table and floor The night reception man is a little grumpy but just smile and be polite and he’s a pussycat Not being able to drink, even water round the pool if not bought from the bar I think is a little harsh Over all this place is a gem and we’re booking to come back again next year
Disappointed
This hotel is very tired and could do with a good spring clean. Towel and bed linen change regular but the towels were grey. Breakfast, the ladies were very friendly and breakfast was cooked well but it was boring no cereal fruit or yoghurt. Where the hotel was, easy to walk to bus station and restaurants. Would I stay again NO.

We are definitely going to return next year
We stayed here in September last year and repeated our visit this year because we enjoyed our holiday so much. The staff always have a smile and have time for a chat and recommendations... Lidl 20 minutes walk away one direction and the harbour 30 minutes in the other by walking along the seafront by a paved walkway. The Tomb of the Kings is 10 minutes walk away. The apartments are kept clean by the staff who work every day except Sundays and Wednesdays. The pool is inviting and clean with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Also they hire a lifeguard. There is a bar where they provide meals if you prefer not to cook, although the room does provide a small oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The air conditioning is free and effective. The balcony provides a table and chairs with a small washing line and pegs. There is a safe if needed at an extra charge. There are tavernas nearby that provide delicious food... we ate at Dias Zeus a traditional Greek Taverna, but you do need to book. We are definitely going to return to the Kefalonitis next year.

Basic. Horrible barman. Will not return.
We stayed at Kefalonitis Hotel Apartments this October. We arrived late at night and we were greeted by no one and waited a while before we were seen to. We booked a studio, we knew it would be basic and boy…. It was! Balcony had a view of what I can only describe as wasteland. Air con was good and beds were comfy enough. Bedding and towels not changed all week. But they did empty the bins. Pool area was ok, plenty of signs reminding you that you CANNOT consume anything but air unless it was bought from their bar. And signs on reception reminding you no pool inflatables or toys in the pool. Although there were plenty of kids and adults playing with balls. Sun beds were reserved from early on from the regulars who knew the trick. Didn’t struggle getting one later in the day but I guess that is because it was later in the season. Now for the best part….. the bar staff…. The lady who works the early shift was lovely and accommodating. The bar man who took over later on was quite the opposite and in total honesty needs sacking! He threw a tantrum when we asked for ice in our drink, and then proceeded to walk to our sunbeds afterwards to say something to us we could not understand but sounded quite intimidating! We laughed it off of course but who knew asking for ice in a drink could be so offensive? Wasn’t like there was a huge queue in the bar, there was barely anyone there! So if that’s how this hotel believes staff should talk to guests then that is shocking! Safe to say, we will not be returning! I recommend if you dare to speak to the grumpy bloke behind the bar, don’t ask for ice unless you want to pick a fight!

A little gem
We are currently staying at this accommodation in a garden view stidio 701 and are very happy with the studio we are in. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and clean with all you need in the kitchen, what more could you want. It is close to restaurants nearby and there is a bus station nearby. The owner is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kefalonitis if you want clean comfortable space.
