Great vacation at Elysium!
We would like to thank the team at the Elysium Hotel for a wonderful experience, starting with the exceptional service, through the hospitality and hotel activities, the wonderful pools and spa, to the high-quality and enjoyable food both at breakfast and in the restaurants. Great kids club
Kids club was fantastic for my children. Was the first time we’ve done anything like that and Rachel and Umdina made sure they had a great time.
Excellent all round
Returned to The Elysium this year (in total 9 of us ranging from teenagers to grandparents) and it is just as fantastic as we remembered it to be. The hotel is beautiful, truly luxurious, and exceptionally clean both inside and outside, and the suite we stayed in again is the best hotel suite we've stayed in anywhere. All of the staff are super polite and helpful and it's great to see the same staff returning from previous seasons, which really shows how great a place it is for guests and staff: the housekeeping team do a great job, Daniella on the restaurant desk knows everyone's names and seating preferences, Marina is super efficient, George was always quick with service, Peter on the juice bar is great and my son was really looking forward to seeing him again and was so happy to see he was there again this year, the managers are really on top of things and go the extra mile to help with food choices and seating, etc., and the lady at the terrace bar (I didn't catch her name) remembered drinks choices and room numbers, etc., and the porters are really helpful. Great to see the addition of QR code ordering for drinks and snacks by the pool and on the grass area. The best place we've ever stayed. Hope to see you again sometime.
Amazing vecation
Hi, we’ve just returned from an amazing vacation at elysium hotel. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever experienced, thanks to the high level of service—from the warm welcome and room service to the dining room, the pool area, and the staff who greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage. The entire team is always pleasant and greets us with a smile. The pool water is pleasantly warm—quite unusual compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus and Greece, and it really makes a difference! Everything is meticulously maintained, well-kept, and clean. Everything was perfect!!! The location is also very good.
