Centrally located Kefalos Damon is definitely your laid back haven, the new look of our Cyprus Hotel Apartment with the recent renovations and extra additions will enhance your holiday experience. The apartments at the Kefalos Damon are clustered around a complete courtyard area with 3 swimming pools, 3 wide sun terraces, kids club, sauna and massage room, mini market, restaurants, pool bar, and lobby bar. As an advantage of being our guest, you have the privilege of using the facilities and amenities of our sister hotel Kefalos Beach Tourist Village, located only 500 meters away from us and right on the beach. Facilities such as the pool area, the sun beds, the beach, the gym, the lobby area and Wifi in the public areas are free. All the food and beverage outlets at our sister hotel can be used and charges are applicable as per the menus.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Kefalos Damon. The holiday got off to the worst possible start because our luggage had been left behind at Newcastle Airport, but we were able to buy our essentials at the hotel mini mart, which kept us going until our luggage arrived 2 days later. We had a lovely big room with a partial pool view. A king size bed, a powerful shower, a full sized fridge, lots of cupboard and drawer space, and no fewer than 14 electrical sockets! Some hotels we've stayed in have only had 3 or 4 sockets. The room was "attended" every day, but some days only the bins were emptied, and the beds was left unmade for some strange reason? The room wasn't really cleaned thoroughly at all, dust and glass marks were visible on the surfaces for the whole duration of our 2 week stay, certainly room for improvement in this area. But, now to the positives, pool areas always clean and tidy, sunbeds always available, food good quality and plentiful, good drinks options with proper hand made cocktails, waiter service for drinks at mealtimes, which you don't usually get with all inclusive. On the subject of waiters, the bar and restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention for Jenny, Mamun, Harun, John and Mahendra, you are a credit to the hotel and always greeted us with a smile and kind words. We enjoyed the surrounding area immensely, we walked for miles, to sunset point in one direction and to Sandy beach the other way. The harbour and the old town were our personal favourites. Two small negatives: we're not cat lovers so didn't appreciate the cats in the restaurant jumping up at the tables, and selfish people smoking around the pool and in areas where people are eating when there are notices clearly stating that smoking is not permitted around the pool, and it's simply just common courtesy not to smoke where people are eating. Thank you, Damon for giving us a memorable holiday, we will definitely be returning.
Had another fantastic two weeks at Kefalos Damon! Return every year to meet up with our special friends (our home from home) As usual all staff were fantastic..friendly and caring. Always having a smile on their face for everyone. Staff work really hard here and are a credit to the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Towels changed daily. Room cleaned daily if required. All 3 pool areas clean and tidy. Daytime and evening entertainment provided by Pino and Danny always a good atmosphere and good fun. Food is nice.. English and continental breakfast..plenty of choice at lunch time salads and cooked choices (Soup is gorgeous!) Evening meal is a different choice each evening consisting of Italian, Mexican, Greek, bbq and carvery. Divine Peak is beautiful. Dined there with special friends to celebrate their Wedding Anniversary..fantastic evening. The mini shop in the complex is well equipped and really handy. Drinks are plentiful. The only thing I would like to see is more choice of low sugar/diet soda drinks especially for diabetics. Damon is in the perfect situation..within walking distance of bars and many restaurants. Shopping Mall 15 mins walk..Harbour 30 mins walk. Lovely coastal walks too. Bus station is 2 minutes away costing only 2 euros to almost everywhere. Lots of other trips available in Paphos..friendly reception staff can help you with this. All in all we cannot fault this hotel. Sincere thanks to Mr Andreas and Giannis for your hospitality. You have a fantastic team! Definitely back next year (most likely twice!) Thank you to everyone at Damon for yet another happy and memorable holiday The Page's xx
Arrived at the Damon nice basic 3*** hotel clean and tidy surrounding area . My complaints- breakfast not much of a selection of foods eggs bacon and sausage toast -lunch soup and bread was basically mix and match dinner so disappointed Very poor selection would not rate the food .
Rooms need little updated - bed very uncomfortable but very spacious n clean with we kitchen area
Sunbeds u don’t need to get up at crack of dawn for bed the beds are very uncomfortable and u can’t sit straight up a lot of people tipped the sunbeds as cheap and nasty .disappointed with the pool often looked dirty with plastic n bingo cards in it and did not see the pool been tested during the day did see chemicals been thrown in at 6 the only time checked so unfortunately did not go in the pool
Bar staff very friendly. Apart from 1 grumpy lady lol always 1 . They make u random cocktails no complaints
Staff in canteen are all very nice .
Rooms where basic but value for Money .Staff where great . John the barman fantastic but dont ask for a spicy bloody Mary.
Food not to bad always something to eat , but not English bacon on breakfast . Definitely will return again .
Again thanks to all the staff
This was my 3rd stay at the Damon and I love it every time. We were checked in by the lovely Angelina and she shown us to our lovely room (539) it was a lovely size, spotlessly clean and a great view of the sea. The staff as always were fantastic, a special mention to John, the guy on the back pool bar (sorry I didnt get his name) Eleni, Harun, Nasser, Mamon, Sagger. The food was lovely, as always, there is always something nice to eat, we were spoilt for choice, credit to the chef. This is highly recommended, the price is very good, it is a fab 3 star. Pino and Danny, the entertainment team are great guys and take time out to get to know you personally. The location is excellent, close to the bus station, old town, macdonalds, tea for two, the harbour is a 15 min walk. Pubs we would recommend are pitstop, Monara bar, Boogies Karaoke bar, Flintstones, Baywatch, Friends bar and Steve's down in the harbour. Things to do,: Paphos sea cruises are the best, the brilliant captain Michelis, we did the ocean vision day and night cruise, the staff, entertainment and food were brilliant, on the evening cruise you are entertained by the fantastic Matthew and his team, violinist, saxophone player, acrobats, light up show, dancing waters (exclusive to paphos sea cruises) DJ casper, and then fireworks, they are far more superior than wavedancer, the yachts are just out of this world, you will feel like a millionaire for the day. We also did the Blue Lagoon with them and the Dolphin Twister, again fantastic staff,Mo and Habib will look after you., as will captain Walid on the Dolphin Twister, if you are looking for a high speed ride with twists and turns then you definately need to do this. We would also recommend the Aphrodite waterpark - the best one Ive ever been to in the world, esp if you don't like heights. Jimmys Jeep adventures - we had the best guide, John, we visited the troodos mountains and saw dams, waterfalls, kykkos monastery, little villages and aphrodites rock, great day out if you like the on road and off road experience.
