On the whole, all very good. Plenty of space around each set of sunbeds (unless a group decide to suffle them all) I know they need to keep grass green but often, the majority of the grass is like a bog until well into the afternoon so mud is a problem. Breakfast has a good choice and we tend to eat out at various local restaurants/bars in the evening to spread the love about The beverage package is good value but the mini bar policy is very odd, spirits, beer & wine only get stocked once so if you are staying more than 5 or 6 days, the rest of the stay has only soft drinks. Just seems strange when you can order as many drinks as you want from the bar so why not restock mini bar daily ?

Great Hotel
We arrived shortly after 1pm and were greeted warmly as returning guests. We were upgraded to a suite on the fourth floor and had a fantastic view from the large balcony. The hotel is simply brilliant with superb food in all the restaurants and staff who provide great service and who recognise us from previous visits. The grounds are spacious and you can always find a lounger during the day. In the evening the Dionysos bar is a great place to relax and the rooftop bar is a popular alternative. A big thank you to all the staff who looked after us brilliantly.

Dream holiday
The hotel staff were totally outstanding nothing was a problem.The rooms were clean and tidy. It is hard to find a fault with everything about this hotel. We got lessons on the bowling green of Romeo and he looked after us every day. The food was outstanding and the Al a carte restaurants superb. The rooftop bar looked after everyone and the service around the pool and sun loungers was second to none. I have a few names that always smiled and mixed with the customers who should be commended by the hotel Pipi,Blanca,Khemraj,Simsu and Kimbu I am sorry that I don’t have all the other staff names that made our stay so enjoyable but a SPECIAL mention goes to MANISHA who was fantastic at her job and went totally above her status to give us such a funny and special holiday that we will never forget and we hope that she is here for our next holiday to this lovely hotel. Florin the manager was a great help getting us our bookings for the different restaurants with a freindly smile. Well done to all the staff.

Great hotel
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at, all the restaurants were amazing and the staff were great they couldn’t have done anything more to make us feel welcome. From the staff around the sun beds and in the bars all were amazing and polite.

We had been to this hotel twice before and both holidays were very good, so we were very surprised and shocked at the dramatic drop in standard throughout the hotel including food and staff. Our booking was messed up by the hotel and only retrieved by Jet 2 on site after we had arrived! This was not a good way to start our holiday and subsequent events followed in similar vein.
