Amazing service
Omg what amazing staff so brilliant and cheerful. We got stuck in Cyprus and they put us up last minute and helped us out finding our way with the buses to get to our next destination. Amazing lady’s here I came in last night crying I’ve left this morning with a smile on my face after they cheered me up ❤️
Fabulous place to stay
Well. It's almost time to leave this fantastic place. Been here almost 2 weeks and cannot fault anything. Elli and her team are brilliant. Any little niggle was sorted straight away. The staff in general were always happy and smiling even when they are out in the heat 🥵. We found that there were drinks packages and fully inclusive packages you could have if you were just self catering. After we ate there one night it was a non brainer. Food is absolutely delicious and thete is something for everyone A note to Elli the Manager, keep doing what you are doing as its working. Thank you to EVERY member of staff you have truly given us a lovely time WE WILL BE BACK Julie and Colin x ❤️
Holiday
Great hotel our apartment was smart and clean everything you need. Clean towels daily staff very helpful with every request. One downside is there wasn’t enough beds and parasols, guests were looking for empty beds and there weren’t any. Would definitely recommend! Location is perfect 👌
Mother and Daughter Trip
Have spent the week at the Basilica, Brilliant week, couldn’t fault the hotel or staff, very accommodating, friendly and have good knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again.
Fabulous, can’t wait to go again
Booked a week self catering for me, hubs, & teen son. The location is wonderful, so close to the harbour and shops. Supermarket opposite which is well stocked. We stayed in 1 bed apartment. When we arrived we were told we had the room with the best views (which it definitely did) however, it overlooked the ‘main’ road which is used as a bit of a rat run with some of the local teens (think car meet style over revving and noisy exhausts). It didn’t bother us too much and the apartment windows were well soundproofed but it wasn’t the best balcony to ‘chill on’. Pool is a decent size and usually enough sunloungers although can’t always guarantee you get one either a sun shade. All staff we dealt were polite and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Will definitely be back.
