I would also like to give a special thank you to George. He is extremely professional, kind, and always makes every guest feel welcome. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers make a big difference. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work, and he is a wonderful representative of the hotel’s outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you as well to the Chef, whose food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can truly see the passion and dedication in every dish. The quality of the food made my stay even more enjoyable, and I sincerely appreciate the excellent culinary experience.
There is a lot to like about this hotel but there are an awful lot of improvements required. I will start with the negatives. One room key for 3 adults and 1 child made the holiday very difficult and we were not able to do things independently. We did ask for additional keys on recent were told not possible and we could leave the key at Reception, not helpful given of people were in the room as you need the key to work air con etc. This in itself would be the reason we wouldn’t come back. The pool and top pool need a lot of work, the tiles are all loose at the top pool, the surrounding areas are all very slippery, I slipped the first day and stubbed my toe so badly it went black. AI drinks could not be consumed, they tasted like bleach so no gin and tonics etc, couldn’t drink anything other than wine or beer, all soft drinks and water had to be purchased from Lidl so not ideal.
Where do I start. From min we arrived at hotel all the staff from reception to restaurant and most importantly. Bar staff ..Location is perfect for me and my wife I love my walks and the walk to the harbour is long but well worth trek if able .. lots to do if want to go out and about but we are happy with the hotel for it has everything we require .. lovely gym .. and plenty if subbed around the pools .. entertainment has been really good so would highly recommend this hotel .. would like to say a special thanks to (George head barman ) chet and gobin who have the best attitude we have seen friendly and love to get to know you ..everyone works their socks off at hotel .. frustrates me when people leave tables with empties when going back to the bar .. must mention the cleaners are in every day and leave room nice and clean .. great job.. if I’ve missed anyone sorry as you all have been brilliant since day arrived on the 22nd still 3 more days to go .. massive thanks to you all .. lots of love from Brian & Tracey j
Can I firstly say cyprus is as safe now as it has been any other time we have visited so don't listen to any scaremongering. Hotel is spotlessly clean. George and the bar staff and all the restaurant staff have looked after us very well.
I stayed here for one night as I had some business in Pafos. I have 2 kids aged 6 and 10 so I mainly booked it for the pool. Unfortunately the main pool is 140cm, which meant that it was a bit deep for my youngest. Even though both of my kids are good swimmers, it wasn't very enjoyable for them. There was another pool on the upper floor but it was too busy and we couldn't get a spot. There is also only one lifeguard for both pools and he was upstairs the whole time except for when he came down to close the pool. We booked half board and the food was average. Only water was included as part of the package. Generally the hotel is fine but the lifts are tiny and sometimes the doors wouldn't close. The room doors are not noise cancelling which meant we could hear everything in the corridors. Another thing was that you need to pay 10 euros for towel reservation. Even though the amount is reversed upon checkout, I don't think this is reasonable. There should be a better, more efficient system. I expected more for a 4 star.
