Nessim served us and he was very friendly and very efficient. He made time to listen to our requests and he delivered.
Happy Staff and Great Hotel
The hotel is fantastic with all of its facilities, but to us the staff made it extra special. They all seem exited to help you, and they seem genuinely happy to be here. To us, someone that made it extra special was Chet from the bar team, always greeting us as we walk up to the bar, and always making sure we are enjoying our drinks. Also Yves and Cosmin from the entertainment team, always having high energy, running around and making sure everyone is having a great time, enticing us into new activies all day to keep us busy.

Brilliant, wonderful
The hotel is conveniently located to local amenities and points of attraction like the Kings Tombs and beaches. The hotel has a lot of eating and drinking places around it. The rooms are very spacious and house keeping is very good. All in all, it is good value for money.

Amazing hotel Pool facilities always clean Entertainment team morning and night (have Sundays off) different shows every night and activities during the day, they don’t hassle you like most entertainers in hotels do. George - bar manager always smiley and available to answer any questions you may have Another gent working on the bar (didn’t catch his name) Asian/Chinese nationality very attentive, always remembered drink order and drink would be prepared when walking towards the bar. Overall 100% recommend and I will be booking again
