This popular apartment hotel is situated just a two-minute walk from the sandy beach near Paphos. Lovely family holiday
Just got back from a lovely family holiday here. It’s rhe second time we have come and will definitely be back
The rooms are very clean and spacious , clean towels every day , linen changed and room cleaned very well
Pool area always immaculate , plenty of beds and space
Hotel it’s self very Clean and tidy
Every one at the hotel can’t do enough for you , all friendly and helpful
Location is good , quick taxi or bus to the harbour, you can walk it but in the heat it’s easier to jump in taxi Bars and restaurants near by
Big shout out to the taverna restaurant at this hotel run by Demetra she really does go above and beyond to help and look after you at breakfast and lunch. Food is gorgeous, prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are huge. Thank you for looking after us you are amazing. We will be back

AMAZING!!!
Where do I start…. Avanti village is such an amazing place to go on holiday! Myself and my family have been going now for 14 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent family holiday🤩 it has everything you need from a large swimming pool, delicious food, energetic animation team, superb staff and clean rooms! It is located near so many amazing restaurants for evening meals and is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach🌊 I would also like to give a special mention to Dimitria from the Avanti village restaurant, she was AMAZING, so kind and also recognised us from previous years⭐️

Brilliant hotel!!
We have recently returned from a two week stay at Avanti Holiday Village. A family of 3 with a 15 year old. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. One of the best places we have stayed. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. The bar staff are always happy.. The entertainment staff work so hard and always have a smile on their faces. The reception staff are so helpful! Nothing is too much trouble. The cleaners- literally never stop working! The rooms are big- and have all the amenities that you need- plenty of space and the air con is bliss! You can have your room cleaned every day if you choose. The pool is massive.. plenty of space and no problems with water toys/floats being used. Getting a sunbed was never an issue, at any time of day. I must say I was shocked at the state of the pool area last thing at night/first thing in the morning.. but nothing to do with the staff. More the lazy holiday makers leaving all of their rubbish around the sunbeds. I saw 6 cleaners having to clean it all.. despite there being a bin less than 10 steps from any bed you choose. Just don't be lazy.. the staff are busy enough!! The location of the hotel is about a 30mins walk away from the harbour and centre, or 5 mins on a bus (for 2euros) that run every 15 mins from just across the road. Also, about a 30min walk from the waterpark.. And less that 5 minutes to the closest beach.. We didn't mind a lot of walking. There are a few bars just a short walk from the hotel and a small supermarket just across the road. All in all a great stay!!
5th Visit to Avanti Village – Still As Good As Ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’ve just come back from our 5th stay at Avanti Village, and once again we’ve had a fantastic holiday. When you return somewhere for the fifth time, I think that says everything!
We had a lovely large room overlooking the pool. It was basic but spotlessly clean, as was the whole complex, and the maid service was excellent throughout our stay.
We never had a problem with unseasonable noise, but at night we could sometimes hear the faint sound of suitcase wheels, indicating the arrival of lucky new arrivals.
The pool is a real highlight — it’s huge, so there’s plenty of space even when the resort is busy, and the swim-up bar is a great addition. Drinks and snacks are very reasonably priced too. We never had any trouble getting a sunbed, and there were always extra ones piled up for anyone arriving later, so thankfully none of the usual early-morning sunbed scramble!
Pool towels are available and can be changed daily between 10am and 11am next to the indoor pool, which is very convenient.
Breakfast is a great-value buffet, with plenty of choice, and the taverna is also very reasonably priced for lunch, snacks and drinks. We enjoyed using it during our stay and thought the prices were very fair.
But what really makes Avanti Village special is the staff. They are consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely make you feel looked after. A special mention has to go to Demetra, who is exceptional. She is always so friendly, attentive and helpful, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Another staff member who deserves a mention is Elsa, who always greets you with a warm welcome and smile.
The Village is situated a short walk or bus ride to the popular harbour area, however for visitors who want to stay in the close proximity to the apartments there are also plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
After five visits, we obviously wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t love the place — and we’re already looking forward to stay number six!
If you’re looking for somewhere clean, friendly, relaxing and offering excellent value for money, we would definitely recommend Avanti Village. ❤️

Another GREAT EXPERIENCE at Avanti Holiday Village
We have been coming to Avanti Holiday Village for several years now, and we always enjoy our stay. The pool is great, with lifeguards on duty, and of course the Cyprus weather never disappoints.
One of the highlights for us is definitely the food at the outside restaurant. They have a good à la carte selection, with both traditional Cypriot dishes and Western options. Over the years we have tried pretty much everything on the menu and can definitely vouch for the quality and taste. The prices are also very reasonable, and we actually find it cheaper than going out to eat outside.
It is also really nice to come back every year and be greeted by familiar faces, such as Dimitra, the restaurant manager, and kind and helpful waiters like Elsa, who is always ready to assist us.
This year we also had the pleasure of meeting Fanos, the Manager, who was very kind, approachable and helpful.
All in all, Avanti Holiday Village continues to be a place we really enjoy coming back to year after year.
