This attractive apartment hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the beach. Nearby (within 600 m) are plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nightclubs, restaurants and bars. A public transport stop is also only a short walk away (around 600 m). Paphos airport lies some 35 km from the apartment hotel.
The 2-storey hotel comprises a total of 149 accommodation units. A lobby offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes and currency exchange desk. Dining options include a café, a bar, and a restaurant with highchairs for children. Moreover, there is a TV room, a small supermarket, a games room and public Internet access. Several conference rooms are available for business guests. Younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities and let off steam in the playground. Laundry and medical services round off the offerings, and guests arriving by car may use the hotel car park.
Each of the apartments and studios comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area and en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Also included within the accommodation are a kitchenette with a fridge, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, central heating, air conditioning and a hire safe. The apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom.

A lovely hotel
What a great stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and tidied most days.
There was enough space in either the water park or by main pool. We spent most our time in the water park as the lazy river was so refreshing on the really hot days.
The food was lovely and had a different selection from lunch to dinner and always looked fresh. The kids section was brilliant and everyone said how the nuggets tasted like macdonalds.
They had a kids club that had two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon that was run by Maria who the kids loved and she did such an amazing job of the activities to keep them entertained. Our kids said she was the best part of the holiday.
The hotel had everything you needed and if you fancied to go into the town it was a 10min walk just had to contend with the 2 hills first.
Would definitely come back.
No way a 4* - careful booked All Inc
Arrived before check in time and were given the wristbands so we could start using the resort. I was shocked to how small it is. My friends said the same. Location is amazing. Such a beautiful view but you cant use the beach especially not with children. Its fill of rocks and entering the water is very difficult. We stayed in so many hotels and resorts so we know what is a 4* and this isnt. The rooms are great. Lovely and spacious but my friends booked sea view and were given a room which had bushes overgrown so they couldn't see the sea unless they stood at the bedroom window. We questioned it and were told well its busy so 🤷 The resort is very very dated. Paint coming off at all walls and parts of ceilings crumbling - in general the place is literally starting to fall apart. There is rubbish everywhere .. its a shame people don't clean up after themselves but normally you have staff walking around and doing some cleaning. Not once did we see any staff cleaning. The food is ok. Nothing special but good choices. The greek good is naturally amazinv - everything else is meh. Cocktail are good but you dont even get an iced coffee in your all inc package. So many things cost extra. Kids slushy 5euros - iced coffee 5 euros - frozen cocktails euros like its not really all inc. Entertainment was decent. Greek dancing and fire shows .. kids mini disco. During the day there is one lady for Entertainment who walks around because she has to. No like music by the pool or water games. Bang on 23.00 the all inc stops. Cant even get free water for the kids anymore. Sunlounger is plenty but they are uncomfortable. The toilets were so disgusting I walked back all the way to the room. The indoor pool has no life guard and kids are literally jumping on top of each other while a lady at the spa are watches her phone. We didn't use the spa but again..dated and musty smelling. One day we couldn't use the pool and someone did their big business in it. Happens.. not the resorts fault but no one came to explain or tell us when its reopens.. I didnt see any cleaning or pool shocking taking place. It was just closed for the day. The waterpark is lovely for the kids and it has a lazy river. There is also a nice playground. Would i come back ? No! It just isnt a 4 star and overpriced and has many hidden costs for basic stuff.

A pleasant stay at Kapetanios
We recently stayed here as a family of 5, for 10 nights. We had large connecting rooms after requesting this from the hotel, which were modern, clean & spacious. They were cleaned daily, towels exchanged and coffee restocked. We were welcomed with chilled bottled water & pool towels ready to use. The pools were clean with plenty of sun beds & parasols. Bins were always nearby, although many guests felt it unnecessary to use them. The lazy river was a nice extra. Buffets were well stocked, the snack bar was a favourite for us, especially the kids who enjoyed the chicken nuggets (which were just like McDonalds) The food was good, like most all inclusives, repetitive if you stay longer than a week, but always something to make a nice meal from. The ice creams were a nice touch, like mini magnums. Drinks were good & everything was always available. The entertainment lacked a bit for us, what was detailed as on daily didn’t really come together after our first day, which was disappointing.
We couldn’t fault the hotel, if anything the guests were what let this place down as some showed very little respect.
Fantastic Hotel
Can't speak highly enough of this hotel, the staff are a credit to it, so helpful and friendly, from the rooms, food,pool and entertainment it truly has it all, also a onside watermark with slides and even a lazy river, the beach it only 30tards away but it quite rocky at the entrance but once in the sea is beautiful, we went as a group of family as my daughter got married and I would highly recommend this fantastic complex to anyone but especially families, well done to all the staff for making our holiday a brilliant one.

Loved the hotel, but pack a satellite dish, a water bottle, and a life vest
​We really wanted to give this place a full 4 or 5 stars because it’s a genuinely lovely hotel with so much going for it. Unfortunately, a few glaring basics were completely missed. ​Here is what you need to know before booking: ​The "WiFi" (If you can call it that): Make sure you download all your kids' entertainment before leaving home. The WiFi here makes 1990s dial-up look like NASA supercomputing—even if you sit right next to the router. It’s so slow that the evening entertainment actually got cancelled because the staff couldn’t get enough bandwidth to run it! ​The Great Water Drought: The pool bar staff work their absolute socks off, but because there’s no self-service station for basic water or soft drinks, you’ll easily spend 10+ minutes queuing just to get a cup of water in the heat. A simple drink fountain would work wonders here. ​Pool & Aqua Park: The facilities themselves are fantastic and the kids loved them. However, keep a very close eye on your children. The blonde lifeguard on duty had headphones in and spent most of the time glued to his phone. Thankfully, the adults in the pool stepped in to help a couple of kids who were struggling, because he certainly wasn't going to miss a text message for them! ​Verdict: Great bones, lovely hotel, but management really needs to sort out the internet, give the bar staff a self-service tap, and re-train the lifeguard on what "guarding lives" actually means.
