It was very fun nice hotel and pool breakfast fast was very nice as well and the service was amazing
Stayed here with my best friend for a 60 th birthday treat. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We had a premier room which was glorious and b beautifully decorated with smart IT facilities. The pool was amazing and very clean apart from a stained area near the steps. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful of everything. Our only complaint was the lack of information given to us on check in… we had to ask everything and still Were slightly unsure.
Very disappointed with our stay.
The welcome at reception was not very friendly. On arrival, we were checked in quickly, but we were not given any information about the hotel or its facilities, such as the rooftop bar or the Wi-Fi details. Our passports were scanned, payment was processed, we were handed the room key and some leaflets, and that was the extent of the check-in. I also noticed that the reception staff were not wearing name badges, unlike other members of staff.
I booked and paid the hotel directly for a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment. Before our arrival, I emailed to request a room in a quieter area of the hotel. Instead, we were allocated a room 317 in the older part of the building next to the lift and the staff cleaning room, so it was not the quiet location we had requested.
The room had a noticeable damp smell and there were several maintenance issues. The TV remote did not work and had to be replaced, and the toilet flush was also faulty and required repair during our stay. There were also several areas of the apartment that appeared to need maintenance, as shown in the photos.
At the pool bar, I ordered a €10 meal using the hotel's app, but the order was processed as a €14 meal.
The highlight of our stay was the pool, where inflatables were allowed, and my son really enjoyed spending time there. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the beach and several restaurants. I would also like to mention that the cleaner was always friendly and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and based on this visit, I would not choose to stay here again.
Amazing experience! I would definitely come back to Anemi hotel. Me and my NOW fiancé stayed in room 5014 and we had the best time. We did upgrade our room and we thought this was definitely worth it. The room was cleaned every day, and a fresh bottle of water and towels for every day we stayed and also the option of fresh towels everyday for the sun beds. We stayed 11 nights in total bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good, all options available hot and cold and omelette made to your preferred choice fresh. The pool facilities were very good and not over priced for drinks and food. We did use the gym and my fiancé did get book me a spa treatment, the bamboo facial which was amazing. The smell when you walk in to the hotel is fresh.
If I had to say one thing about this to be really picky would be the breakfast for us was abit early as it finished at 10am so if you like a good drink on a night this is sometimes a struggle to get up for lol. But again this is personal preference.
Hope to visit again soon! 5/5
We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at Anemi Hotel in Paphos, and especially to the hotel manager, Stelios.
We stayed at Anemi Hotel for six wonderful days, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.
During our stay, one of our daughters became unwell and we urgently needed medical assistance. Stelios immediately stepped in, helped us arrange everything, and made sure we received the support we needed. While we were at the hospital with our daughter, he personally took care of the rest of our family, making sure they had food and drinks, all at his own expense.
His kindness, generosity, and genuine compassion touched our hearts. It is rare to meet someone with such a big heart who truly cares about his guests beyond his professional responsibilities.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Stelios, and thank you to the entire Anemi Hotel team for making our stay so special. We will definitely return to Anemi Hotel on our next visit to Paphos, and we will warmly recommend your hotel to our family and friends.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Blasbalg Family
