Don't bother upgrading to a Junior suite
This was our second stay, the hotel is still fabulous with amazing staff who take great pride in looking after their guests. Grasimera and Zoe in the bar are two stand outs. The only negative i have is we upgraded to a junior suite with a sea view this time which was a total waste of time. The sea view was blocked by the building in front and the suite was shabby and dated. We stayed in the annex on our first visit and this room was far better. More modern with an uninterrupted sea view. Overall would highly recommend this hotel but don't bother upgrading your room, the standard rooms in the annex with a sea view are far better.

Good hotel
Second time staying here, just got back from a lovely 9 day holiday with my wife at the theo sunset bay hotel. Stayed bed and breakfast, enjoyed our stay, 3 outdoor swimming pool's 1 indoor, gym and spa, good food at breakfast, great views, hardworking and friendly staff, great value for money.

Fantasic Hotel.
We came toTheo last year in June ( 2025) for the first time in CYPRUS, WOW what an Island we enjoyed it so much we came back again this year Sept 6th -16th we had half board both times and it was worth it , the food very good there is something for everyone, the staff are very friendly and helpful from Alexandre on reception and Shelley the Jet 2 rep, the dining room staff Abigel, Mihai and Alex but to name a few they are all very good ,the bar staff are just as good especialy Krasimira and her sister I can't remember her name ( sorry) they are brilliant, they are improving it so much they have built 74 new rooms above the restaurant absolutely fantastic, a pool bar and another small pool they are slowly updating all the holiday village , we will be back in the future.

3rd time here at this great place.staff amazing, love my early morning chats with Jacob, great guy. Massive shout out to Krasimira,Zoe and Dad,Vasily,Sweeta and Elena. Alexandra,Hanna,Vlad on reception. In retaurant, Alexandra,her son Alex,Trina,Katerina and last but not least, the wonderful Abigel. I apologise as i cant remember some other names but you all make this place so good. I cant wait to get back. THANK YOU TO YOU ALL X

Look elsewhere
Initial impressions are good, nice staff , clean hotel . Pool area good but several sun beds need replacing. No where is in walking distance you need to catch a bus to get out and eat. Food is mediocre you certainly don’t want to be eating it for a week. All inclusive drinks are ok… but you have to buy water and decent drinks need paying for. Not very “Health and safety “ conscious lots of trip hazards saw one lady fall and break her wrist. Not much entertainment and not many vibes. Arrived late at night to a stale cheese and ham sandwich…. not really what you want after a long trip. In essence the hotel is ok , clean and functional. Wouldn’t give you tuppence for the food … I’m not hard to please food was crap and cold most of the time.
