Louis Paphos Breeze

This hotel is simply outstanding and this all comes down to the staff. All staff are attentive, but Vitali, George, Mahmoud, Irini, Vanya, Savinna, Ahmed and Dipak were a few of the staff that really stood out and who went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was perfect. They were so attentive and accommodating and we really appreciate how well they looked after us. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean.

One of our party is disabled and uses a wheelchair or rollator. Mahmoud went out of his way to ensure that adjustments were made and even reserved sun beds outside their room to make things a little bit easier. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was varied with themed nights and the chefs clearly worked very hard to ensure that meals were flavoursome and varied for all to enjoy. The dining area was also more orderly than what we have previously experienced and this made it more accessible for the disabled person in our party.

Drinks were varied and the children enjoyed the mocktail versions of the cocktails. The main pool was 1.2 metres deep and this was a bonus for us because our son isn’t a massively strong swimmer and this meant that he was safe and could reach the floor. The pool area was calm too with vigilant life guards ensuring everyone’s safety and enjoyment. The adult pool is deeper.

In terms of accessibility, the accessible room was on the ground floor and the bathroom was spacious, although the shower was not completely “roll-in” and had a small lip. There was a small step into the room that was manageable, but it may be worthwhile the hotel considering small slopes to made wheeled access to the rooms even easier; there was sloped access into the raised storage cupboard next to the door of the accessible room, so it would be achievable relatively easily and would make the accessibility offering even stronger for those with poorer mobility. There were ramps and lifts everywhere else and that made it very easy to get around. The short walk down to the small beach areas of behind the hotel were an added bonus and offered the perfect opportunity to watch the sunset.

The hotel is more remote than others, but the shuttle offered by the hotel is convenient, albeit limited in space. We managed to catch it once and had the pleasure of meeting, George, who kept all passengers entertained. The bus stop for the public bus is at the top of an inclined road and is easily accessible for able-bodied people. However, our disabled party member used Bolts to get around when needed.

We have just come back from 7 nights here, and really enjoyed it. The Food was Great, the Hotel was clean, and plenty of places to Sunbathe (or shelter from the Sun) by either Pool, Grassed area, or small private shingle beach. There are a few places to stroll to outside of the Hotel, but not many, although there are buses, and the hotel will happily ring you a Taxi. The Harbour is worth a visit, with it costing roughly €18 each way. You also get a complimentary meal in the Meze restaurant which was lovely. All the staff in the Hotel are really friendly and helpful, even when we asked to change rooms, they did it for us no problem. But a special mention to our 3 favourite members of Staff......Dipak and Vitali the Barmen and Savinna the Waitress who always had time for us!! We would definitely return.

I do not know where to start! Would highly recommend to many family and friends. This hotel has everything you need from spacious rooms with amazing views to friendly professional staff. My experience was incredible! It was my first get away with my partner and all the staff made it so special the service was fantastic the hotel it’s self is very clean staff are constantly cleaning and making sure the buffet is tidy. Our waiter from our first day Bibo made our experience flawless from our morning tea he serviced with a smile to recommending amazing places to visit near by, he never failed to make sure we was looked after and always remembered our drinks order, true gentleman. I would definitely be returning this should be a five star hotel from the level of dedication staff put into this place it’s a very beautiful hotel I’ll be back!
