We have just returned from an amazing 10-day stay at the Louis Paphos Breeze Hotel in Cyprus, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.
We travelled as a family of four alongside another family of four, and the accommodation was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, with a large master bedroom, a comfortable living area, and a separate bedroom for the children. The air conditioning deserves a special mention—it was so effective that we actually had to turn it up because we were waking up shivering in the mornings!
The hotel grounds are beautiful, immaculately maintained, and just a short stroll from the beach. Although the beach itself wasn’t quite what we had expected, there is a lovely little cove that was perfect for the children to play in. We actually spent most of our time around the pools, which were excellent. The hotel is smaller than some of the all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at, but there was always plenty of space. The children loved both the outdoor pools and the indoor pool, which provided a welcome escape from the intense midday sun. There’s also a separate adults-only pool, which gave us and our friends the chance to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet while the children were happily entertained elsewhere.
The two things that really made this holiday stand out were the food and the staff.
The food was exceptional. At many all-inclusive hotels, the meals can become repetitive after a few days, but that simply wasn’t the case here. With the exception of just one evening meal, every meal was of an incredibly high standard, with plenty of choice and excellent quality throughout our stay.
The staff were equally outstanding and are a real credit to the hotel. A special thank you to George at the bar, who looked after us brilliantly throughout our holiday, his sister in the restaurant who was always so friendly and welcoming, and Chiara from the entertainment team. Chiara was fantastic with all of the children in our group, trying to ensure they were involved in activities and helping to make their holiday even more memorable. It was also lovely when she (was allowed) to join us in the evenings to sit down with us and get to know us!
There isn’t a huge amount within walking distance of the hotel, although there is a supermarket and kiosk just a brisk walk away. Getting into Paphos or the harbour is easy and inexpensive, with taxis costing around €5 per person each way, and there is plenty to see and do once you’re there.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. The combination of outstanding food, wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a relaxed atmosphere made this one of the best all-inclusive holidays we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend the Louis Paphos Breeze Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday in Cyprus.
the entertainment girls are very kind and we did lots of activities like table tennis and darts and aqua aerobics
We had a fantastic stay at Louis Paphos Breeze and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay, and every member of staff was wonderful. A special thank you to Bibo, George, Dipak and Christiana, who were all incredibly friendly, hardworking and genuinely helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. There was an excellent choice of food throughout our stay, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes, and we were always able to find something we enjoyed. The cocktails were also very good, and a special mention goes to Dipak, who makes a fantastic iced latte! We especially enjoyed taking part in the daytime pool activities, which were great fun and a lovely way to meet other guests. The evening entertainment was fairly low-key, but that suited the hotel's relaxed atmosphere perfectly, and we enjoyed it. There were plenty of sunbeds available, particularly in the garden areas and around the quiet pool. The main pool area did become busier later in the morning, but the staff were always happy to help guests find extra sunbeds and umbrellas whenever needed, which was much appreciated. The only feedback we'd offer is that the pool rules could be communicated and enforced more consistently. The information leaflet in our room stated that inflatables and ball games weren't allowed, but both appeared to be permitted during our stay. We also noticed that teenagers were using the adult-only quiet pool, despite it being advertised as being for guests aged 18 and over. It seemed that access was sometimes based on whether someone looked around 16 or older, which made the policy feel a little inconsistent. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, great facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
it was very good i enjoyed all of the activities such as pilates with chiara and the away yoga, noodle, gym and darts and pin pong
The hotel was really nice , staff are really approachable and friendly. But what really made our holiday special was was the amazing events team, they made my kids feel welcomed from the first moment we met them till the last. Would really suggest this place.
