Great family stay
Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Even though the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded. The food was good, and the water park was beautiful, clean, and well organized. The only downside was that you can't bring your own food into the water park and have to buy food from the café there. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week with my family and yet again we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we had fun, laughter and made lots of memories. The entertainment team of Bianka, Ben & Dorinna led by Justin were fabulous. Each day was a combination of darts, French boules, pool, table tennis, waterpolo and cornhole to name a few. In the evening there was bingo, dance shows and great singers, even Elvis made an appearance. Its a long day for the team and they do their best do get everyone involved but no pressure. The hotel is very spacious with a fantastic pool and also a waterpark too. Lifeguards on duty all day. There is plenty of choice for food whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The following staff deserve huge credit for their attention and welcoming attitude, Justin and all the entertainment team, Angela & Vasilav at reception, Sarishma, Mariam, Mohammed, Benika and Rashid in the lobby bar. Renzetta, Khushi, Kulwinder, Achmedia and Hanar in the restaurant, Emmanuel & Thomas the Lifeguards and Konstantinou at the pool bar. Raman is guest relations and is always about and approachable. I know there are many other staff that deserve credit for their hard work. Finally I have read many reviews for this hotel and some bad reviews but honestly if you go to any hotel and look for faults you will always find something. Focus on your holiday and the positives and the fun you can have and not the negatives. Your holiday is what you make it. Thanks everyone. Yammas!!

Swim up rooms make a big difference
We spent part of our holiday in paphos so decided to go here. It looked good value, had swim up rooms, near the beach etc. We upgraded to a swim up room which is a must. Made a big difference to us. There were 3 of us so the upgrade wasnt cheap and was per head so everything should be for 3 ppl. No the only thing they provided was the 3rd bed!!! I had to keep calling reception asking where the 3rd sun bed was, the third chair, the 3rd bathrobe and it goes on. The receptionist was extremely helpful and embarrassed they didn't provide what they should Housekeeping were irritated and moody with us but get it right the first time and I wouldn't keep chasing. The food was nice at all meals, something for everyone. Shame there is nowhere to dry your clothes. Would definitely go back if in the area. The rooftop bar is amazing and under used. Scenery is fantastic. They cater for all drinks there including vimto :-)

Dissapointed with hotel.
On booking with Jet2 my wife and I where told this hotel is 5star, it is a 3star at most. Food served lukewarm, from breakfast to evening meal. Entertainment day and night very poor. Superior rooms, ours was looking over the kitchen! On asking to be moved, nothing available. try and venture outside of the hotel and you discover that you are in the middle of nowhere! Large hotel with large pool is the only thing going for it. Drinks are watered down! Very dissappointed with this hotel !
