Noisy ,not relaxing, need a holiday to recover , food tepid, got upset stomach, staff OK but not particularly friendly, reception staff abrupt and dismissive ,love Cyprus would not recommend this hotel ,so godamn and no one cares (staff)

I checked into a hotel and checked out on the very same day!
For the first time in my life, despite having travelled to more than 80 countries and working professionally as a travel agent, I checked into a hotel and checked out on the very same day!
I disliked absolutely everything about this place.
It makes absolutely no sense to charge an all-inclusive guest €50 for early check-in when you still do not provide the room until 3:00 PM. (Do they even know what early check-in means especially when you are paying for this?). At the same time, having lunch also costs €50.
The only positive thing I can mention is that the room itself was clean. However, the walls were damaged, the wallpaper was stained, the sun loungers were so dirty that you would not even want to sit on them, and there was some kind of unidentified dirt floating in the water. Entering the sea was practically impossible.
The level of service was terrible. The reception staff were extremely rude and disrespectful towards their guest s like I own then something, it is not a 5* hotel snd service, but rather a 3*.
Overall, this was an exceptionally disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the standards one would expect from an all-inclusive hotel stating that they are a 5*.

Amazing Massage Experience with Istvan & Virginia
My mom and I had an amazing experience! Istvan and Virginia were both absolutely wonderful, professional, and highly skilled. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a lovely atmosphere. Everything was so pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every minute and highly recommend it! 🤍
