From start to finish it was very good.
Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel.
Upon arrival it was clearly a very good and well run hotel.
I’d recently had knee surgery and required that ice packs be stored in the freezer. This was absolutely no issue to the staff.
Manager Mr. Tibor ( a hard working, absolute gentleman ) met me at check in (midnight) to take the ice packs and assured me that the staff would bring them to me as and when required. They did, like clock work.
Thanks Tibor !
Food was delicious, fresh, ripe and well cooked. À la carte restaurants are easily reserved and very good. Buffett has a great choice too.
Drinks and entertainment also good
Room was great, very comfortable
Getting a sun-lounger by the pool was no issue, no early morning towels on loungers permitted. And pool staff, Titu in particular never stopped running to get drinks for us in the heat. Thanks Titu !
Cannot fault this hotel. Also no EES bulls*** at airport, Cyprus is a winner !
Great holiday. We will be back next year
We got bullited here by TUI after a cancelled flight. Despite having a plane full of people dropped on them, the service was impeccable and staff couldn't do enough to help and make everyone comfortable. The hotel itself located in a good position and well decorated, although could use modernisation in some areas. The rooms are well furnished and the window in the bathroom is quirky. If we were here for the week, we would have been very happy.
Good - Rooms, decor, restaurant staff, pool, food, reception staff.
Bad - Last 2 days couldn’t get a drink at the bar as was too busy and paid AI. Gym could be better equipped. Pool Bar staff are hopeless, had to repeat drinks orders 4-5 times and repeat order to get drinks.
Essentially a cancelled flight of 300 people decesened on the hotel overwhelming the facilities and staff and ruining existing guest experience, especially those on AI who couldn’t get served at the bar.
We’ve just returned home after an incredible 10-night stay at Azia Resort & Spa in Paphos, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of attentiveness and care was exceptional—they seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. It made for one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve ever had.
One of the things we appreciated most was never having to stress about finding sun loungers or a quiet place to unwind. There was always plenty of space, allowing us to truly switch off and enjoy our surroundings.
The food was another highlight. The quality and variety were well above what we’ve come to expect from an all-inclusive resort, and being able to enjoy à la carte dining every evening throughout our 10-night stay made the experience feel even more special.
A very special thank you goes to Titu at the pool bar. His warm personality, genuine friendliness, and consistently outstanding service made every day that little bit better. He is a real credit to the resort and helped make our holiday truly memorable.
Thank you to everyone at Azia Resort & Spa for giving our family such a wonderful holiday. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!
Can’t Wait to Return We just returned from a wonderful 9-day stay (8 nights, B&B) at the Azia Resort & Spa, and this was actually our second time here (after a great visit last year). In our opinion, this hotel is absolute perfection for couples and young families! We stayed with our two young children (ages 3 and 5), and all four of us had an unforgettable time. Here are a few highlights from our stay: Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and always smells amazing. Rooms are cleaned twice a day with a sweet chocolate treat left on the bed each evening—such a heartwarming personal touch. A huge thank you to Rodula, the Executive Housekeeper, who is an incredible person! Beyond ensuring our room was immaculate, she gave us fantastic local recommendations around Paphos and checked in on us daily to make sure we were completely happy. Exceptional Service: Service here goes above and beyond! The reception staff are so warm and welcoming, handling every request with a smile—from holding our bags and providing power adapters, to seamlessly extending our check-out and booking restaurants for us. There is always cold juice near reception, and every single staff member—from the entrance guards and bar staff to the attentive pool waiters—is kind, smiling, and eager to help. Location & Views: While not in the noisy center of town, we actually think this makes the hotel even more special! The views from the resort are hands-down some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Magnificent ocean sunsets framed by lush green lawns, wooden decks, and sunbeds. Additionally, right next to the hotel, there is a lovely playground where our kids played almost every afternoon, with a nice bar-restaurant right beside it—the perfect spot for parents to relax with a coffee at sunset while the kids burn off energy. The Kids' Club (The Highlight of Our Trip!): Words cannot express how wonderful Jackie is! Running the kids' club, her kindness, love for children, and boundless creativity shine through every detail. Our kids (and us!) had the absolute best time crafting, painting, dancing, and playing. Jackie greeted us every morning with a warm smile, tailored activities to each child's needs (she even makes her own natural playdough!), giving our children pure joy and giving us parents real time to relax and unwind. Dining & Hospitality: The food options are great and easy to navigate, with several specialty restaurants on-site (Italian, Asian, Grill, and the main buffet). A special shoutout to Nino, the Restaurant Manager, who was exceptionally kind and caring. She went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after and that our family always had great food options. Facilities & Entertainment: Something for everyone! A massive main pool divided for toddlers, kids, and adults with a swim-up bar and daytime activities, plus a tranquil adults-only pool on the other side. Great gym, yoga studio, teens' club, and at least two different live shows every single evening. You will never run out of things to do! In summary—we are already missing Azia and will definitely be back again and again!
