Hotel Eleni is a very nice place to stay. It's in beautiful and quiet location. Rooms are not big however they are clean and have everything what you may need. Good value for your money, as all inclusive gives you a lot. The only criticism I have is food. Two things I didn't like about it is Mexican theme, when all food was really spicy, my child had to eat sandwich , I had lots of soft drinks during the diner. And second thing is better labels for food especially for vegetarian and vegan people. I appreciate the labels with allergie content in food however as a vegetarian I was struggling to find if food was for me. Apart from that service was excellent and helpful. Thank you for wonderful memories Hotel Eleni
We stayed at Eleni village for 10 nights. The location of the hotel was great as it was barely a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was a 10 minute walk onto the Main Street where they had several restaurants/ bars to choose from. The all inclusive drinks menu was a range from different cocktails, wines and spirits and a few beers. The food was a different cuisines every night but was repeated the week after. I must say the hotel staff was always helpful and great to be around, you felt welcomed. I’d like to give a big shout out to Lukas and Erika who took over entertainment and did an amazing job whenever they had something on. They both put in 100% effort to make it great for everyone. We had experienced a problem with our room (ants) on our first night but we reported it to the reception and they were quickly to escalate it and help us out and after that we had no problems with the room. I do however think this hotel is great for families, the entertaining is mostly focused on children and parents. That isn’t a bad thing however being a young couple it can become quite daunting after a few nights. Although the food was good it had become repetitive and due to it being a buffet style it was hard not to miss a proper dinner meal. Due to this me and my partner did venture out and found restaurants around that satisfied our need to get out for a bit. The pool was great, there’s 3 pools, the top pool I’m guessing was more for people who wanted to play ball games, the main pool was long and deep which didn’t make it seem as busy as it was and there was a small side pool for small children that included a slide and a squirty dolphin. However though there was a rule that people can’t hold sunbeds overnight most people didn’t care and still left their towels for the morning which was quite unfair. If you wanted a good spot by the pool you’d have to get up at around 7 am as the pool officially opens after 8 but people will get up early to grab the sunbeds. This is no fault of the hotel but something worth noting when visiting. The beaches around the hotel are beautiful, a short walk down from the hotel you’ll find a company that runs water sports (prices are standard e.g €50 for jet ski for 20 mins) and also nice beach bars. There is also a beach where u can hire a sunbed for €3.50 for the whole day which was really great to keep out of the sun. The room - modern, single beds made into a double, TV with different channels, can log into YouTube however the Netflix wasn’t working but we chose to cast from our phones. The bathroom had a walk in shower with two heads so that was great.
At the end of our stay we had a late flight so we decided to pay an extra €50 to go into a room until 6pm as we didn’t fancy staying out in the sun. The rooms had great air conditioning so helped with cooling down lots. The hotel is a bit away from the centre of pathos but we got the bus there which is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, the 615 bus will take you to the kings tombs bus station and from there you will b able to get to kings avenue mall and other shops/ food spots around. The bus wasn’t expensive it was around 2.00 per person one way. Whilst we stayed at the hotel we decided to do a boat trip that goes to the blue lagoon, the one we did had pickup from the hotel and drop off at the hotel too which was really convenient and time efficient. I would definitely come here again with my family as the place was really enjoyable. Next time I will definitely go into the basement for the sauna and gym! As we completely forgot to use both.
This resort is fantastic, our second visit and was as excellent as the first. Room facilities excellent, this time we had a garden view which included sea view with sunset. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool very good, with separate activities pool. Food excellent, with different themes every day. Snack bar by the pool excellent, if you only want a light lunch. Great value for the money.
Location was perfect for us, right on the beach front. We are an active couple so having the public path along the coast line was perfect and we were actually able to walk to the King’s Mall which is total was just less than 4 miles. 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop that took you into Coral Bay, Waterpark or The Harbour, they run every 15 minutes and are very affordable. Atmosphere at the hotel was brilliant, the entertainment staff were fabulous, a range of activities on daily and something for everyone! Massive shoutout to Lina, Rhiane and Lukas, they go above and beyond everyday and put their guests first. We stayed in room 2607 which was perfect for us, on the ground floor with a slight pool view.. we weren’t bothered about a view as we only used our room to shower and sleep! The cleaners were amazing and cleaned our room to a high standard everyday with fresh towels which was lovely to come back to after a day out and about. The only downfall we had was noisy neighbours out on their balcony until late and unfortunately the movement of chairs and them chatting kept us awake. We booked our stay through Trivago and got an excellent deal, we stayed for a week all inclusive for £1200 for 2 adults and we definitely got our moneys worth. The food at the hotel is hands down the BEST food we have ever had at an all inclusive hotel, the food was fresh, piping hot and delicious. We normally eat out one or two nights on holiday however this year we didn’t as the food at the hotel was brilliant. The drinks are lovely that are offered on the all inclusive. Shout out to Harry on the pool bar for always serving with a smile! Massive thank you to all the staff at Eleni Hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.
