Don’t stay here unless you enjoy cockroaches and ants in bedrooms EXTRA LOUD MUSIC from 10pm till 2am every night Binmen picking up the bottle bins at 3am Plus €10 per day for air con and €3 per day for safe deposit box. Pool area was clean and you could get a sunbed anytime of the day. We will definitely NOT ever return to these apartments

Made the best of hotel
Very dated hotel, our room was ok/average but clean. Stayed ten nights so had to pay 10 euros a night for aircon. Bar staff where great especially Ellana, she’d only been there a week but always pleased to see us and gave a professional service every night Love Cypress, portras and Ayia Napa are only a short bus drive away (2/4 euros) also a lovely beach around the corner from hotel (10 min walk)

Good food brilliant waiting staff
Ok I always go by a review i will tell the truth we stayed here 14th September for 11 nights. Rooms not great water pressure and showers need attention. Clean bedding was provided every 3 days but one day had to make our own beds towels were changed the same time. Staff were great especially in the bar area also the DJ is brilliant he knows his music and remix sounds. Pool side was good plenty of sun bed and didn't have to get up the crack of dawn. Food was excellent and staff service good too. Hidden charges air con 10 euros a night which I think is a bit steep especially if you have young and children and need it. No hair dryers in room also have to hire them however you do get money back for that then if you want a late stay in your room it also costs another 50 euros so if you don't know about theses extra charges you may not have factored this in to your overall spending money. Would I stay again perhaps not as we like potarus but it is clean and friendly and good food.
Dissatisfied customers
Room very dated, self catering, no toaster, wouldn't cook anything because of the state of the cooker hood, insufficient crockery/pans etc. Entertainment until 2am +, you couldn't escape to your room from it because it was so loud, our scenery from the balcony was the car park and bin area, which were emptied around 4am. Noisey air con from neighbouring rooms. Windows did not shut properly, noisey when the wind was blowing. We went and bought a fan because £10 for air-conditioning was an extra cost per day. Safe was €3 per day and is situated next to reception desk. Staff were friendly but unfortunately we will never stay here again.
Not good
Im not one for making reviews but these apartments/rooms need to be mentioned. Firstly the rooms are basic, dont go by the photographs you see on the travel agent's web pages, they a sparce and no home comforts at all, no soft furnishings just your beds and four white washed walls with a tiny dated TV stuck on them. We asked for a ground floor apartment because of a disabled person in our party. We were given rooms 117 and 1171. One of the apartments had a cracked patio window with masking type over the cracks, bare wires showing from the TV, lights that didnt work. Both apartments had loose railings/handrails this was the main reason we asked to be moved. We were moved not without a show of disaproval from reception. Our new rooms were safer but the poor standards remained. Lights that didnt work and a shower that had very little pressure. The doors were ill fitting meaning any insects or snails could easily enter the room. We booked bed and breakfast but the breakfast was the poor version menu not the substansive breakfast that could be had by walk in guests. On the plus side the pool area was decent though no pool bar, and we were close to decent restaurants and bars. This was by far the worst room and Ive stayed in some of the staff were friendly but I cant say that for the girl who served us breakfast every morning, we tried but couldnt get a smile or any sort of repport with her. Would I stay here again? Definately not.
