This beach hotel is peacefully situated in Pernera, at a small area on the outskirts of Protaras which has developed into a mini resort in itself. A variety of facilities are immediately available in Pernera including restaurants, bars and fun parks from just 5 minutes' walk away from the hotel. The resort centre of Protaras itself is just a short distance away, approximately a 30-minute stroll from the hotel. This establishment commands a great position overlooking its own private golden beach, with its beautiful gardens and specially designed landscaped pool. A family-run hotel, it has grown from a traditional seafood taverna to a large, comfortable hotel featuring a variety of different amenities. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground and kids' club. Guests may dine in the café or restaurant and sip their favourite drink in the bar.
Beautiful hotel!! Had amazing time will definitely be coming back next year. Big thank you to kirolos aka mo for looking after us all we will miss you.
Had an amazing stay bar staff was perfect especially kirolos he was absolutely amazing made us feel at home.
Staying here honestly felt like i had died and gone to heaven. The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities were out of this world. Thank you so much to the Pernera family, will definitely re-visit soon.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars not enough for us! Third time at this hotel many times at this resort and we love it! We stayed from 9th July to 23rd July (room 132 - superior seaview). We were remembered on arrival which was very touching and a complimentary gift left in our room. What’s stands out for us is the consistency in the staff year on year and how motivated they all are in providing every guest with the best possible experience. Feels like home from home! The location is perfect beautiful views over the sea and beach and a gorgeous walk along the coast to the port or Protaras. Close to bars, shops and restaurants if you want a change of scene. We loved bumping into guests we saw there last year and really this says it all about this hotel. It’s a true gem. Food is lovely, I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels all over the world and this is the best I have been to for variety, freshness and taste. So much so I am always a few kilos heavier when I leave! The hotel is exceptionally clean, rooms are comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around the two pools and a quieter sunbathing areas on the grass which we love. Easy walk to the beach for a dip if you prefer. The spa is lovely and relaxing and great value for money. The gym is good my partner tells me (if only I used it) All the staff are friendly from the maintenance team to the cleaners and all the front of house team in the bar, restaurants, Animation and reception. We want to thank all the staff for working so hard in that heat so we don’t have to lift a finger. Special thanks to Stavros, Muskan, Kirolos, Khuma, Pawan, Sayeed, Maria, George, Manish, Sandeep, Bishnu and Constantinos (Customer relations manager). We missed seeing George who has now retired! All the staff we encountered were exceptional, we did not get all the names, so sorry if we have missed anyone. You are all amazing. We cannot wait to see you all next year. ❤️
Sadly the hotel is advertised as first class hospitality and a stress free holiday, I arrived with my son who is autistic due to his sensory issues and required personal space , I paid extra to accommodate this with a superior family room with includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds however we have been placed in a superior twin room sadly I went back to reception to inform the guy that we had been placed an incorrect room not in alignment with the booking. At first he tried to persuade me it is the correct room type which clearly is not the case he then tried to tell me only the superior family sea view room look like the photography advertised on TUI, and to come back down in the morning, I've returned to the desk twice this morning and I'm now being told to come back after 12 o'clock, This is far from first class stress free hospitality, we arrived after a long flight and coach journey to the hotel at 02:00 half a coach load of us checking in not a drink upon arrival for anyone not a bowl of soup in the restaurant or even a sandwich offered. The hotel seems genuinely neat and staff polite however the room situation and wasting half a day of the trip before we can unpack and actually be relaxed an organised is far from a first class stress free holiday especially with a 12 year old boy with special needs 😔
