The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Protaras, in sub resort of Pernera, within walking distance from Marlita a small public beach.
The air-conditioned hotel comprises 137 rooms. Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, café, bar, games area, TV room, restaurant, pool bar, lagoon type freshwater swimming pool, children's separate pool, tennis court, volleyball court, sauna, gym room, and squash room.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with direct dial telephone, radio, 22" LCD TV with satellite reception, hairdryer, bath/shower, safe box at extra charge, mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities, and balcony.
Guests may take advantage of the weekly entertainment and activity programme (including live music). There is also a programme for children. An outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool, poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols, as well as a sauna, steam room, massage treatments, tennis, table tennis, gym facilities, pool/snooker, darts, and rowing, are all available.
The hotel offers a lot of indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars serving European and Cypriot cuisine and specialties. There are also different buffet nights.

There's a lot of good and some bad here.
it's a mixed bag of thoughts mainly good !!
When booking you have to be aware its purely a family hotel. No adult areas etc so finding peace n quiet isn't easy.
There are 3 pools and one paddling pool all very busy. Plenty of sunbeds but the usual 6am towel race which isn't necessary.
Rooms have everything. Kettle, fridge and good air-conditioning. TV has BBC1/2. Kept very clean.
Staff are amazing. work very hard and always a smile for you.
Only one restaurant which is buffet style. It does get busy and queues form but food never runs out and the selection is good and varies every day. You won't go hungry. Only complaint is that its a bit "Canteen" style and can get extremely noisy. Shame parents let young kids run about and cause accidents. Kids have a dedicated child buffet but a dedicated child area and early feeding times would be a great help. I feel.
Would I return no as I prefer quieter surroundings but would definitely recommend for families who don't want a mega expensive holiday.
Entertainment isn't everybody's cup of tea.. very child orientated and nowhere to go for a quiet drink.
All in all this is an excellent 3 star hotel ..just be aware its not adult orientated.
For those with mobility issues there's one fairly steep ramp into the hotel then access is all on the flat and via lifts. Walk in showers and 2 pools are also walk in.

Good hotel
Thank you to this hotel for a wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds with pools, delicious food, and magical yoga sessions—what could be better? We'll be back!!
Great holiday
Gorgeous hotel, modernised to a very good standard. Staff very friendly all the time. Great selection of food and drinks (including cocktails too)! Lovely touches inc the executive chef presence in the restaurant, very friendly and approachable. Lovely Artur, sahib and raj around the pool and bar area. Good location for centre of protaras.

Fantastic Holiday
Myself and my wife booked a last minute deal to this hotel at the end of June. We were a late arrival and was greeted at Reception by an extremely friendly member of staff who guided us through the itinerary. The room we were given was modern and spotlessly clean just like the entire hotel. All food options were very tasty and plentiful.
The drinks at the Bar were high quality and there was plenty of choice.
There were two outstanding factors of this Hotel, firstly the cleanliness and secondly the brilliant staff who are employed.
I will definitely return to this hotel and would strongly recommend it.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Papouis Hotel in Protaras. Everything was perfect! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the location is lovely, and the whole hotel was spotless. Our room was modern, well-maintained, and very clean. Although it is a three-star hotel, I believe the quality and service correspond to a much higher category. Highly recommended!"
