Four star hotel? You're having a laugh.
The location of the hotel is pretty much perfect. A short walk to the beach and in close proximity to strip. The atmosphere was ok but I have to say that this hotel was 3 star at best. It needs a bit of a refurb in my opinion. The outside chairs were worn and tired looking and it looked like it needed a lick of paint. We paid four star money for a three star hotel as far as I'm concerned. So not great value for money. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The bedsheets weren't changed, we were left with no towels on a number of occasions between the four of us. They weren't swept every day so very disappointing. Noise levels were fine. No problem there at all. The service from the public facing staff was, in general, very courteous and professional apart from the lady who when I asked about the towels in the room, she said "You are on the list, we will get them to you later." It was six o clock in the evening and I had to tell her to get them to us now as we have a reservation booked. It took another visit to reception to secure the towels. Not good. The room cleaners? Not the best. The safes in the rooms didn't work and we were told after we checked out that half board customers have to pay for the safes. I think that should have been conveyed to us on check in. We paid to extend the room to 3pm on checkout but the door card failed at 12 so we had a problem accessing to room again. To top it all, we had three power cuts during our stay which knocked everything out including the lifts. I'm not suggesting that was the fault of the hotel but it just added to the disappointment. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was very good though with themed nights in the evenings. so all in all a very mixed experience.
Superb
Perfect location with sunny beaches and amazing weather. Rooms are spacey with a good view. Amazing value for all inclusive. Everywhere is clean up to a high standard. Noise level was perfect with quiet evenings. Service is incredible in the restaurant and waiter Nathan is so polite always, David is kind and bubbly to all.

Wonderful holiday . Staff were so helpful and polite , amazing customer service . Food and drink was excellent and there was a great choice . Entertainment was just right and great staff . Lovely pool and an easy location for everything .

Location is great, close to the beach and main street. Room was comfortable and spacious and cleaned every day. Atmosphere is very relaxed and everyone is nice and polite. Lot of guest but still not crowdy and noise level is low. Worth every penny.
