We had such an incredibly fun holiday! Thanks to everyone for the great service; the staff are so friendly that it feels like coming home every time, and they are always so happy to see us—they recognize us immediately. And the manager is a fantastic man with a heart of gold! The food offers huge variety, and the fruit is ripe; in short, we will definitely be back. Patricia and Anton—the crazy Dutch couple.

The pictures from our holiday and the reality truly match perfectly. We have stayed at several hotels over the years, but this one exceeded our expectations in every way — from the food and rooms to the cleanliness and, above all, the service.

A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team, who took care of our room every single day. A very special thank you to Mokhtar, who always went above and beyond and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained and always looked perfect every day.
We would also like to thank the restaurant staff, who work tirelessly throughout the day — serving guests, cleaning, preparing everything and making sure the restaurant is always beautifully presented and perfectly organised. Their warmth, kindness and attentiveness made every dining experience something truly special.
A very special thank you to the sweetest Fatima, Badr, Gaber, Mennallah and Ahmed, who truly understand what exceptional service means. Their genuine smiles, kindness and willingness to help made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special thank you also to Yaser, who worked tirelessly to keep the entire pool area clean and welcoming, despite the many guests and the constant activity around the pool. His warmth, attentiveness and kindness towards us as guests were truly exceptional and deserve special recognition.
I sincerely hope that all of these wonderful employees receive the recognition and appreciation they deserve. They should be given a special thank you and a well-deserved pat on the shoulder for the incredible work they do every day. People like them are what make a holiday truly special, and they have certainly made this a place that we would recommend without hesitation.

Was very good, perfect for a getaway with the family, rooms service was great aswell as bar and restaurant team, especially the entertainment team they did a great job keeping the children happy and excited, definitely recommend

We have had the most incredible week at Nausicaa beach for the second year running. This year we bought our brother, sister in law and children and they have also had the best time. Everyone from the staff on reception, upon arrival at early hours of the morning, so kind and friendly and made every effort to interact with our teenage children. Every single member of staff has made an extra special effort to make our holiday wonderful. The entertainment staff are brilliant. The activities during the day are fantastic and their is a huge variety. Again, keeping our 14,16 and 17 year olds entertained all day long. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the pool view over the crystal blue waters is unbeatable. We have swam with the turtles just round the corner on many occasions. The food has been delicious. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner and every snack in-between. The constant supply of ice cream has made for some very happy children all week. Our room was perfect, size, location, cleanliness, all above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel for families with young children and with older teenagers. We have loved every second and it has been even more special second time round, with members of staff remembering us and making every effort to make us feel welcome.
