Stayed here for a week can’t fault a single thing staff was amazing food was great breakfast dinner and tea evening entertainment was great for the kids free access to the water park and snack bars the rooms was cleaned daily and kept prestige reall can’t think of anything I could of wanted that wasn’t provided

Great Location, Helpful Staff and Some Considerations
We returned from our 10 day family holiday and wanted to leave an honest review.
I was apprehensive before arriving after reading some of the negative reviews, especially when we arrived to find the pool being drained…However, overall we were pleasantly surprised and felt the hotel offered more than we expected from a 3 star
Our room was cleaned and beds made throughout our stay, and whenever we had an issue the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel could do with a little TLC in places — tired paintwork and some broken tiles — but nothing that spoiled our holiday.
The buffet food was good. There isn’t a huge choice, but we always found something different to eat. Some of the salad combinations were interesting 😂 but that’s the beauty of all-inclusive, if you don’t like something, try something else! We also visited two of the included restaurants, which were a lovely treat.
The location is fantastic beach directly in front, water park next door and two large pools. We did the Yellow Boat Cruise, with two swim stops and were lucky enough to swim with turtles 😍. We also hired a pedalo from Extreme Watersports for €20 for an hour — great fun for families.
We enjoyed the tribute entertainment on the strip too, particularly **Bob Marley and Tina Turner, who were brilliant.
Unfortunately, there is one negative. The open air nightclub noise, this isn’t the hotel’s fault but ultimately the noise is too much and the reason we wouldn’t return.
Overall, we had a good holiday and made some fantastic family memories. If you’ve already booked and are worrying because of the reviews, I wouldn’t panic. Go with realistic expectations of a 3 star hotel, take some ear plugs and make your own judgement. ❤️☀️
