We had a brilliant stay at the Maris Grand Waterpark Resort and would definitely recommend it.
The location is great, with only a short walk to the Protaras strip and the nearby beaches. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and well maintained, which made the whole stay really enjoyable.
The staff were absolutely 10/10 — everyone was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
The pool area is lovely, and the water slides are great fun for all ages.There are also multiple bars around the hotel, which was a big plus as you never had to wait long to get a drink.
Aircon is the room is actually too cold which was a massive bonus, set to around 25° lol!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Maris grand for a amazing 7 days treated us like we was family the whole time made our 1 year old feel like she had been there a thousand times before food was great had plenty of choice at every meal special shoutout to the desserts ! The rooms were spacious full of light and very clean.We had a flight cancelled right at the end of our holiday so ended up having to find our way back to the hotel and stayed for another 3 nights they were so accommodating will be staying here the next trip to Cyprus whenever that may be.
Great Hotel
Quality holiday, very clean & modern. Food was brilliant as were the staff. Pool area is big enough, I imagine in peak summer getting a sun lounger can be an issue though. Snackbar open between meal times which was good. Entertainment was not bad either. Hotel is on a main road but you can’t really hear the road noise. Only things that let it down was the spa & gym. The a/c in the gym wasn’t working and you had to pay 20 euros for the sauna/steam room so I didn’t use it.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maris Grand Waterpark Resort. The food was very good, although some dishes were repeated quite often. The staff were always friendly, smiling and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
There are only a couple of things that could be improved. The music starts quite loudly around 8:30 PM, even while dinner is still being served. Unfortunately, the dining area is not well soundproofed, so the music can be quite disturbing during the meal. Also, the beach is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, which is a little far, especially if you want to visit the beach frequently.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for the good food, friendly staff and waterpark.
