The complex is located on the sandy beach of Kalamies next to Louis Althea Beach. The centre of Pernera is around 250 m away, where guests can find restaurants, nightlife, shopping and the bus station. Guests may also be interested in visiting Protaras (around 3 km away), Cape Greco (6 km), Fig Tree Bay (3 km), Ayia Napa or the Waterworld Waterpark (both approximately 8 km away). Larnaca International Airport is around 55 km away.
The 18 villas, which were built in 2009, feature all the latest furnishings in order to make the guests feel at home. A private swimming pool for each villa provides guests with that little bit of extra luxury. Ideal for families and group of friends. Check-in at the reception of the nearby Louis Althea Beach hotel. Guests staying at the villas can use the facilties of the Louis Althea Beach hotel when open.
The accommodation units include a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, double beds, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, hifi system and safe. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, cooker, microwave, ironing set and washing machine. Individually regulated air conditioning/heating and a balcony or terrace also feature as standard.
Louis Althea Beach hotel facitlites include an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols, gym, massage treatments (for a fee). Meals are offered in the restaurants at Louis Althea Beach.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable
July 19th - 29th july 2024 Beautiful villas in a sweet little resort. Only a few steps to the beach. This is a peaceful resort/area. With protaras and Ayia Napa a short taxi ride away. We loved the bloo restaurant on the sea front. There are a few supermarkets within a 5 min walk away. We've just returned home from a fabulous 10 nights here. We did the jet skis and the aphrodite boat trip from the sea front. We also hired a car for a day and drove to the ancient kourian city, paphos and Ayia Napa. Would definitely recommend these villas over the attached hotel which need updating. Fresh towels and cleaned daily. Free fruit and snack alternate days. Fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks on arrival. Very comfortable beds and fantastic air conditioning which was needed I'm the 40+ degrees heat. We were in villa 7 which had sun at the private pool until 5pm. Would definitely recommend.

what i didn’t want to happen
i had a great stay here it is very clean and cleaners came everyday. however when going out one day i had left some jewellery on the side to come back to find it gone and to see that cleaners had come in and taken it. other than that i had a great stay.

Amazing stay at Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas! Beautiful, spacious, and spotless villas with a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and beyond expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a dream vacation!
Fantastic villas
Stayed in villa number 1 in October. Absolutely fantastic villa with everything we needed and a amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The villa was spotless and the maid Sangeeta worked so hard. Fresh bath and beach towels everyday. Fruit, drinks, wine and sandwiches n the fridge on our arrival and a couple of times throughout the week we had fruit and cakes delivered. The beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Check in at the hotel was smooth when we arrived at midnight. My only criticism would be the pool was too cold.

Absolutely amazing villa – best holiday to date (Next time we'll book direct!)
We stayed at these luxury villas during the third week of May 2026, and it was hands down the best holiday I’ve ever had.
We booked via the TUI website, but hindsight is a wonderful thing! I wish I’d known we could book directly with the villa company. Booking direct actually includes a lot more than what’s on offer through TUI, so we'll definitely do that next time.
The villa itself was incredible. We were in Villa 12, located at the side of a dead-end road. It wasn't busy at all, so the location didn't cause any issues whatsoever. Inside, the downstairs is huge and open-plan, featuring a dining room, living room, and a kitchen-diner with double doors opening right out onto your own private pool. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (which can be split into twins). While the main bathroom was a bit small, it wasn't an issue since the kids used it. The master bedroom features a really roomy en-suite with great shower pressure and plenty of hot water.
You check in at the hotel next door. The staff were incredibly welcoming. They escorted us around to our villa, showed us how everything worked, and explained the cleaning and towel system. Because of our late arrival, they had thoughtfully left us sandwiches, fresh salads, fruit, cans of pop, bottles of water, and a bottle of wine. It was a beautiful touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel. We had booked all-inclusive, so all good, and drinks were provided through the Louis Althea hotel. The food was immense. I love eating local food when on holiday so it was nice to see plenty of Greek options included, along with mixtures of English, German, and Polish options. That kept the kids happy.
The cleaning staff came in pretty much every day. They changed our towels, including the pool towels for the sun loungers, made the beds, and swept/mopped the floors. This was amazing because the kids were constantly tracking sand back from the beach! Overall, an amazing experience. We are already looking at booking directly with this company for other locations across the Greek islands. Highly recommended!
