Livas Hotel Apartments

So we were arriving early hours in the morning and I had previously messaged the hotel asking if we could possibly have some water and milk in our room, if possible a pool view. When we arrived we had everything that we had asked for. Lovely friendly hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for you especially Janet, and Stef. Niko at reception was lovely but all the staff were amazing. If you're looking for a nice quiet relaxing holiday this family run hotel is ideal. Rooms lovely and clean, fresh towels. Breakfast was nice and hot, yoghurt and pancakes were lovely. Pool spotlessly clean, lovely grounds. Nice little walk way, 3 minutes leads you to the beach. Small shop on site that sells everything you'll need. Lovely clean toilets near the pool. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely be visiting again and would love to bring the children next time. They even have a life guard on duty all day, and who was also very friendly. Thank you to you all for making us feel so safe & welcome. Hopefully be back soon.

Hotel is modern , clean and relaxing, 5 minute walk to beach , plenty of restaurants nearby, every member of staff are super friendly and welcoming, even the older gentleman who ran the onsite shop , came and shook our hands , when we were leaving, would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely 5 star experience. No cons only pros for this hotel. We have stayed in Cyprus many times but this was our first stay at the Livas hotel. The staff are amazing. It’s a peaceful hotel and very comfortable. Never had trouble sleeping. Location is great , about half hour walk to protaras strip ( a little longer on hot days) but it’s a beautiful walk along the board walk or streets. The supermarket here is extremely reasonable and have everything you need. We was short of a beach towel and got one in the supermarket for about €7.50. The food at the hotel is perfect , my husband was impressed with the burgers. Again great prices and was cheaper than eating out. Breakfast was great , everything we needed to get the day going. The beach was a minute walk through a lovely path way between villas. My two teens loved it and are sad to leave. We hope to be back , I can see why people come back year after year with staff like these, it’s really not surprising , they are like family. We have an early start home being picked up at 3am and was offered a breakfast before we leave. What a lovely thought. We decided against it as we often don’t have an appetite at that time of the morning, but how lovely to be offered that service. Cyprus will always be our second home and I will definitely be saving to come back to the Livas hotel.
