Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel and Spa

Our stay at Leonardo Crystal Cove was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless every day thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The food was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh and delicious dishes at every meal. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

What truly made this holiday so special, however, was the incredible people. A heartfelt thank you to Puja, Sarita and Aswin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, warm smiles and attention to detail never went unnoticed. They are a real credit to the hotel.

A special thank you also goes to the entire Reception Team, who were always welcoming, friendly and ready to assist with any request. Their excellent service made us feel at home from the very first day.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Effie, the General Manager and the entire management team. Their genuine care for their guests, visible presence around the hotel and commitment to ensuring every guest is happy and satisfied truly set this hotel apart. It is clear that they lead by example and have created a wonderful team and atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated.

Had a great week here for our honeymoon.

Arrived and was allocated room 519, which, definitely did not have the view that was advertised on the easyjet website.

However, the guest relations manager, Anastasia happily moved our room and wow what a view!

Hotel was immaculate always, housekeeping daily and our room was as clean as every other element of the hotel.

Reka, entertainment host was great and actually seemed gutted we left!

Bishal in the pool bar is a credit to the team and works his butt off 6 days a week.

For anyone that isn't aware, there is a basic shop on the basement level open every day 9-6.

A supermarket is across the road from the main entrance.

We took the local bus into protaras (bus 101 there and bus 102 back).

2 euro each each way.

You can do the opposite and take bus 102 to Ayia napa and then 101 back.

We didn't visit the a la carte restaurants (again and Italian), as the buffet food was enough for us.

Overall. We had an amazing, relaxed honeymoon at the Crystal cove and would highly recommend the hotel and location.
