Staff & Hospitality - Absolutely Outstanding!

I honestly don't even know where to start with this hotel. But I think the people who work here deserve to be mentioned first, because they're the ones who truly make this place special. I have no idea where everyone comes from, whether it's the Philippines, India, Nepal, Asia or somewhere else, but one thing is certain: the level of hospitality and customer service here is absolutely outstanding.

And I'm talking about EVERYONE. Waiters, waitresses, bartenders, chefs, receptionists, entertainers, lifeguards, housekeeping staff - literally every single person we came across was incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Having some understanding of how tough working in hospitality can be, I genuinely appreciate this even more. Dealing with customers isn't always easy. Some people are lovely, friendly and happy to have a chat, while others complain about absolutely everything. Yet somehow, the staff here never seemed tired, frustrated or unwilling to help.

Everyone took their job seriously and did it with incredible care and attention to detail. I have no idea how much these people earn, but they absolutely deserve a bonus or some kind of recognition for the amazing work they do.

Food & All Inclusive - Something for Everyone

The food was fantastic, and the variety was honestly impressive. Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, BBQ, traditional dishes - you name it. Burgers, pizzas, pasta, and plenty of other options. Whether you're having breakfast, lunch or dinner, there's always something for everyone.

And when I say there's plenty of food, I really mean it. Everything was constantly being refilled, so you never had to worry about something running out.

You could even order food freshly prepared by the chefs. Fancy an omelette in the morning? No problem. Want pasta for lunch? You could choose from around six different pasta options, freshly made right in front of you.

Got a sweet tooth? You're covered too. Loads of different cakes, ice cream, fresh fruit and plenty of desserts to choose from.

Another thing worth mentioning is how efficiently the restaurant was run. The waitresses were constantly clearing tables, replacing cutlery and getting everything ready for the next guests. We never had a problem finding somewhere to sit, even during busy meal times.

I genuinely can't imagine coming back to this hotel without choosing All Inclusive again. It's absolutely worth it.

Bars & Drinks - another big plus!

The cocktails and alcoholic drinks were actually strong, not the watered-down versions you sometimes get at All Inclusive resorts. They definitely weren't stingy with the alcohol! Barmans probably knew they were dealing with Polish people haha :D

Whether at the pool bar or the hotel bar, the drinks were great and the bartenders were always friendly and welcoming.

Rooms & Cleanliness

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything you might need was there, including a capsule coffee machine, bathrobes, hairdryer, towels and other basic essentials.

Housekeeping cleaned the rooms every single day, and everything was kept in great condition throughout our stay. Another nice little touch was the two different door hangers provided for each room. One was a cute wooden broom, which meant housekeeping was welcome to come in and clean the room. The other was a little pillow with "Just Chilling" written on it, letting the staff know you didn't want to be disturbed or have anyone enter your room. A simple but really thoughtful idea!

Even the TV had channels in my native language, which was a nice little surprise!

Reception & Guest Support

One thing I really appreciated was receiving a WhatsApp message from the hotel letting me know I could contact them at any time if I needed anything or had a problem. There was also the option of simply dialling 0 from the room to reach reception. I never actually needed either option because we didn't experience a single issue, but knowing that help was so easily available was a really nice touch.

It's these little details that make a difference.

Pool, Sunbeds & Relaxation

Another thing I noticed was how attentive the lifeguard was.

Even when there wasn't much happening in the pool, he wasn't just sitting around doing nothing. He was helping organise sunbeds, folding them away when needed, and taking care of the umbrellas - both around the pool and in the outdoor relaxation areas closer to the sea.

It might sound like a small thing, but it perfectly sums up the attitude of the people working here. Everyone was doing their job properly and genuinely looking after the place.

The adults-only atmosphere was also a huge plus for us. Of course, that's a matter of personal preference, but we came here to relax, enjoy some peace and quiet, and switch off from everyday life.

And that's exactly what we got.

Entertainment & Activities - Never a Dull Moment!

Worried about getting bored? Not at this hotel! There were around four organised activities every day, at different times, for anyone who wanted to join in. Water polo, volleyball, beer pong, aqua aerobics, karaoke and other activities - there was always something going on.

Whether you're travelling as a couple, on your own or with a group of friends, you definitely won't be bored unless you actually want to spend the whole day relaxing on a sunbed. And the best part? Nobody forces you to take part. You can be as active or as lazy as you like.

Final thoughts - Truly exceptional experience

I realise this review might sound like an advertisement, but I can assure you it isn't.

The food, the drinks, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the organisation, the entertainment - everything was excellent.

But before I finish, I want to emphasise one thing for the second time, because it really deserves to be said: the staff here are absolutely exceptional. From the bartenders and waitresses to the chefs, entertainers, lifeguards, housekeeping team and reception staff - every single one of them contributed to making our holiday such a fantastic experience.

I've seen how demanding hospitality work can be, especially when dealing with all kinds of customers, and I have nothing but respect for the people working here. Their friendliness, professionalism, patience and genuine willingness to help were on another level.

I honestly wish I could experience this exact level of service even at some of the most prestigious luxury hotels in the world. That's how highly I rate the people working here.

We came here hoping for a relaxing holiday, and what we got exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

Just so this review doesn't sound all sunshine and rainbows, there are a few minor things that could be improved. Swimming pool temperature: The water in the pool was actually colder than the sea, which was a bit disappointing. Honestly, if the pool water had been just 2-3°C warmer, it would've made swimming so much more enjoyable.

It's a small detail and definitely doesn't change my overall opinion of the hotel, but it's something worth mentioning.

Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation. Would I book All Inclusive again? 100%.
