Lantiana Gardens ApartHotel is located just 50 metres from the main strip of the resort, and yet right opposite the serene crystal waters and sandy beach of the multi-award winning beach at Fig Tree Bay (300 metres). Paralimni town centre is approximately 8 km away from the hotel. Larnaca International Airport is 40 km away, and Paphos International Airport is approximately 174 km away from the hotel.
The property consist of 80 rooms and apartments and was renovated in 2011. It is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception with lift access to the upper floors. Younger guests will enjoy the children's outdoor playground and the children's pool. The hotel offers free WiFi in both public areas and in rooms/apartments. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.
All rooms have a shower or bath tub and hairdryer. Each accommodation offers a flat-screen LCD TV with satellite or cable channels, free WiFi and a safe (deposit). All apartments are equipped with a kitchen with fridge, microwave and complete utensils. The standard double rooms has coffee/tea facilities. Further standard features of accommodation units include individually regulated air conditioning and a balcony. Most of the rooms/apartments enjoy sea views, some have sea and swimming pool views and several have a mountain view.
The hotel features an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with a children's swimming area. Guests can work out in the indoor gym free of charge, and it is also possible to enjoy a game of tennis or basketball on the premises (deposit).
The hotel has an indoor and outdoor bar and restaurant. Every night there is a special themed dinner (buffet or a la carte menu).

Our favorite stay in Protaras
We have visited Lantiana Gardens for the second time and enjoyed the stay as good as the first time. What to us, as a family, is a big plus is the fact, that to us Lantiana is very cosy and friendly place. Rooms are cleaned daily. The food was really good. Chiefs have one of the best panna cota, I ever ate. This years news on the menu is rosemary sauce, which was phenomenal to me. Moreover, guys are nice and friendly.
The staff: I was nicely surprised, that ca 90%, or more, of last years staff, we met also this year. Each of them is nice, a different person, but we really felt welcome there and had nice time with them. I could write nice words about each and every of them, but I have only a message to Alex, restaurant manager - file, I gained 4 kilos (because of the perfect full board combined with Keo, wine, coctails, brandy and zivania).
We, as family, will very probably come back again. Shall we go for holidays to Cyprus, Lantiana is for sure a place to stay for us. Even our sons said: once we are grown up, we come with our kids.

Doesn’t have a single bad thing to say about the hotel, at all! We just came home from the best week ever! The staff, the surroundings, the cleaning, the breakfast, location of the hotel - everything just works! We already miss Kamelia’s smiles, Constantino’s shenanigans and funny words, and small talking with Katerina when going through the reception. We will surely see you again! All the love from Denmark

Love Lantiana. Been many times and are always made so welcome. It is close to the strip with loads of bars and restaurants and the best beach Fig Tree Bay. The staff are brilliant. The reception staff are amazing and always happy to help. The bar staff especially Alexandros and Constantinos and the restaurant staff Doros, Despo and Karmelia are always happy and smiling and make time to chat with you.We will be back again.

Reliable and relaxing stay in Protaras
Lantiana Gardens is a well-located and consistently improving accommodation, just steps from Fig Tree Bay and the town center. The apartment was spacious, functional, and cleaned daily, offering a comfortable and well-maintained environment. The on-site restaurant provides quality meals, "Lantiana burger" suggested. Staff were always friendly, polite, and eager to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A great choice for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful and dependable stay.

Super Trip
2nd year at Lantiana and as good as ever. We were in the apartment this time and it was so comfortable, modern and clean. Best thing about Lantiana are their wonderful staff, Doris, Cassandra Alex, Christina ++ Hope to return to this special resort soon.
