Bad surprise
Terrible!!! TERRIBLE!!! The hygiene is under all criticism of the hotel and in the pool. The rooms are dirty, hairy, greasy. The sheets with dried lint stains. There are hairs in the pool. Sand and remnants of old pool paint. Disgusting. There were no lights in the rooms, and we asked for lamps to be put on. Smells like a drain in the kitchen, cupboards don't close .
Stayed here for a weekend
Exceptionally clean with excellent customer service throughout my stay. The team made me feel welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. For the rate I paid, I received way more than I expected—comfortable amenities, a quiet environment, and truly thoughtful hospitality. Absolutely worth it.
