Surrounded by delightful gardens, the modern beach hotel Crystal Springs is ideally located close to the beach on the outskirts of Protaras on the east coast of Cyprus. The Pernera area is within walking distance, while the centre of Protaras and Paralimni can be reached within a short drive. A bus stop for the local bus service is just outside of the hotel. Larnaca International Airport is 49 km away. The hotel offers bright rooms in a contemporary design with fresh colours. All of them enjoy side or front sea views and feature air-conditioning and a private balcony. Services and amenities include an outdoor pool and a tennis court. This hotel is one of the few hotels in Cyprus with an on-site Scuba diving centre. The restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine, and guests can enjoy a drink at one of the two bars. A wonderful beach hotel both for couples and families.

Fabulous holiday
A lovely, worry-free stay at Crystal Springs We recently had a holiday at Crystal Springs and came away really impressed, particularlywith the staff. They were all incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our granddaughter has multiple allergies, whichmeans both she and my daughter have quite strictdietary requirements. Having previously travelled tothe Canaries in April and had an awful experiencewhere my daughter struggled to find anything she could safely eat, we were understandably worried that we might face the same situation at Crystal Springs. Thankfully, things couldn’t have been more different. The staff went above and beyond to make surethey were both well looked after. The chef, Kryios, was absolutely fantastic. Every evening he would walk around the food with my daughter, explainingexactly what she could eat, and if there wasn’t anything she felt comfortable with, he would oftenprepare a separate meal for her. He also cookedfood for our baby granddaughter every evening, taking great care to avoid any cross-contamination. This gave us enormous peace of mind and meant we could actually relax and enjoy our holiday. The pool bar staff were equally helpful, going out of their way at lunchtime to make sure my daughter and granddaughter had plenty of suitable food. Their kindness and understanding really made such a difference to our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing some building work, but the noise was minimal and it didn’t impact our holiday at all. The beach area is lovely. The sandy section isquite small, but it was more than big enough for building sandcastles, and the sea in thebay is calm enough to swim right out. Overall, what really stood out for us was thegenuine care from the staff. They made what could have been a very stressful holiday, given the dietary restrictions, feel easy and enjoyable. A huge thank you to all of the staff, especially the pool bar manager, Anastasia, and the restaurant manager, Emily — and especially Kryios, who went above and beyond to makesure my daughter and granddaughter weresafe, comfortable and well looked after.
A dream holiday
It was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. The cleanliness was a 10/10, with the rooms being cleaned twice a day. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and caring. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that changed daily. I also have to mention the beautifully maintained garden, where I could relax in the shade even during the hottest hours of the day, when I normally avoid staying outside. The sea water was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. The entertainment program was varied and enjoyable. The jacuzzi was wonderful, and so were the saunas and the swimming pool — everything was clean and very well maintained. I would definitely love to come back!

Crystal Springs - we loved every minute of it
What a lovely hotel right on the beach, beautiful location and sea views. Lovely garden settings for relaxing and lounging in the sun. All the staff are so polite and helpful and they really enjoy working at the Crystal Springs which is really important, you are really lucky to have such nice staff there. Lovely rooms cleaned every day, our room maid Stephania is so thorough in her work and so pleasant. Great laughs with George the pool bar waiter, a credit to the hotel. Kristina in the buffet restaurant is so polite and helpful and makes amazing cappuccino . Food was fantastic with plenty to choose from, great value for money. Bar waiters are so friendly and funny, Vatek from Nepal - what a star he is.
Although the building works are going on, we didn’t really notice much noise coming from the area. I’m sure the extension on the hotel will be amazing.
Definitely recommend having a full body massage at the Spa, so relaxing and lovely staff. You will not be disappointed with this hotel and it’s amazing staff.

Crystal springs beach hotel second vist
Had the most amazing time. Our second time here , would definitely recommend. Our special thanks to Anastasia and George at the pool bar who again made our stay great . All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Thank you all for making our holiday great
