Excellent location and staff, but terribly disappointing rooms and facilitie
We recently stayed at Constantinos the Great in Protaras, and the hotel is in a truly exceptional location right on the strip. Generally, the outdoor areas are very nice, and the main pool is great. One minor suggestion for the children's pool is that they should install a canopy during the summer to provide some shade for the kids. Also, the staff working in the restaurant (for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as well as the bar staff were amazing—everyone had an exceptional and polite attitude. The service was top-notch. However, there is a massive issue once you step inside the room. The rooms suffer from incredible humidity. Although we had requested a double bed, we were given two single beds that were heavily used and in terrible condition; they had placed extra mattresses on top because the main mattresses were awful, and the bed sheets were worn out and falling apart. For our 6-year-old child, they provided a camp bed that was worse than what they use in the military—our child woke up with aching bones. Furthermore, the bathroom towels were tragic. It is such a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location and great staff lets itself down with such poor room facilities. We have stayed here before, but this year's experience with the rooms was truly tragic, and it might well be our last time visiting.

Lovely experience
Excellent service and friendly environment
In love with the place
Great Location direct access to the lovely beach of protaras. Loved the atmosphere ,entertainment for adults and kids along with the polite and willing staff to serve you any time. Rooms were fine clean and spacefull.
Adding that was quite and absolutely great to relax Moreover we really enjoyed Mr Tsokkos t chatting with us and sharing success stories .Looking forward to come again soon 😉

Amazing experience
Overall amazing experience in the hotel staff was amazing with good behavior energized and full of happiness
Food is so great.....
We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, and the entire property is maintained to a very high standard, with clean, peaceful, and relaxing surroundings.
The spa was excellent and provided a wonderful opportunity to unwind. A particular highlight was Kohili Restaurant, where we enjoyed authentic Greek cuisine of excellent quality. The restaurant service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and courteous throughout our visit.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. We have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
