Mohammed the night porter what a hero 👏
Amazing place great staff, a special mention to Mohammed night porter who came to my rescues with suitcases and husband in wheelchair after the coach dropped us on the road side, he saw me at the top of road and ran from the hotel to assist, was so helpful with everything making a 1am check a delight thank you Mohammed your a star 👏👏👏
Wide berth
We only had a short stay at this hotel and it wasn't great, it's a very tired hotel, the bathroom wasn't clean, it flooded everytime we showered, the bath was old and yellow, the towels and dressing gowns are no longer white or in good condition, hole in the sheet, curtains that didn't actually fit the balcony door. The room used for breakfast and lunch is filled with damaged with holes on the tables and faded chairs and a rude manager. the food was awful, dry hard meat and not 1 delicious dessert, dried out pastries. Indoor pool was surrounded by plaster hanging of the walls and damaged pillars around it. Out door pool had numerous damaged filter holes on the floor of the pool, dirty grouting, very rusty pillars leading up to the first floor, old dirty sunbed cushions and towels that had seen better days. The drinks from the inside the hotel were very odd, I ordered a orange Fanta but i can't actually be sure what drink I got, bar tender who didn't know the ingredients to a bloody Mary (which was on the all inclusive list) 3 things I will give some credit to firstly the pool bar, staff there were quick and very Friendly, drinks were great and the food there was really good and also the guy on the spa/towel desk was so nice.

summer holidays
We are very disappointed with this hotel. It was very dirty and very old common areas. Only the reception area is newly renovated. The pool area is awful, the pool and sunbeds was very dirty. For sure it is not responding to a 5*** hotel.
Extremely poor service
Certainly not 5 star 3 at the most. Purely and simply because of the service from management, reception and house keeping.. I reported that there was human excitement on the bathroom wall in our room and it took 5 days for it to be cleaned up and that was only when I reported it to the wedding co- Ordinator. House keeping was terrible. Never changes our bed or cleaned the rooms. Only changed the towels when we asked.
