The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good - the evening restaurant was a very pleasant experience, friendly staff, lovely food and beautifully clean crisp white tablecloths & napkins. The reception and bar areas were bright and modern. This hotel has direct access to a great sandy beach. There is a large outdoor pool with very helpful lifeguards quick to help you get settled with sun beds & umbrellas.
The Bad - the housekeeping was atrocious both in rooms and corridors. Showers left uncleaned for 3 days, beds made haphazardly (stained duvet with no cover on), glasses and cups left unwashed. We had booked a twin room and arrived late at night to a double. We asked Reception to change this to twins but this didn’t happen.
The Ugly - the room - the shower head was dripping black mould - we asked for this to be cleaned immediately. The shower drain was an unusual crevice in the floor, again mouldy all around it. The sink had a crack from one side to the other as did some of the floor tiles. The towels & dressing gowns were varying shades of filthy grey, some with stains on.
There were some nice bars/restaurants along the seafront and then there was Constantinos The Great. The filthy sun beds and unkempt gardens really let the hotel and seafront down. Mayonnaise, ketchup & mustard was out all day in direct hot sunlight - this can create a critical food safety hazard regardless of whether the pump action is airtight or not.
Would we stay again - absolutely not!

Great location.
Great location right on beach and close to the strip for night life. When we arrived late in the evening. we were met by Mohammed he couldn’t be more helpful. Also a special thanks to shushma for making us really welcome and all the other staff great. nothing too much trouble thank you. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Avoid! Definitely not 5* very old dated and dirty !
Definitely NOT a 5* hotel - if best a 3 max! Very old and dated and not clean at all. Hairs on room floors and also in coffee cups, communal carpets filthy and never once cleaned. Beds lumpy and hard. Same dirty there for days. Food was very basic and Luke warm at best. Moved hotels after 3 nights as couldn’t face another day there. Moved to another 5* hotel a few doors away and total different experience . Honestly avoid unless you’re expecting a very basic dated dirty hotel . !!

Disappointed
We were so looking forward to visiting this hotel, but came away feeling very disappointed It is definitely not a 5 star, only 3 at best. The hotel itself is very tired, the reception area is the best part. The rooms are not to a good standard and the bathrooms are just gross The cleaning team are a joke, yes we got our towels changed every day but they did nothing else!! Food is not the best, you wouldn’t go hungry but it is not of 5 star standards The best part of our holiday was that the hotel is right on the beach The staff are nice and friendly I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
