Cavo Zoe Seaside Hotel

Wow is all I can say about this hotel! It should absolutely be rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We recently stayed here as a couple during the first week of September and were extremely impressed from start to finish.

We had an evening flight to Larnaca from Liverpool and, upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. She had kindly prepared some food in a bag for us, including sandwiches, water and fruit, as we wouldn’t have time to eat at the buffet and local restaurants would be closed. This was such a thoughtful touch and really started our stay off perfectly.

When we went up to our room, we were very impressed. The rooms aren’t the biggest, but they have absolutely everything you need and the balcony is a really decent size. Everything was clean, modern and very well maintained.

The all-inclusive package deserves a special mention because we genuinely think it was worth every penny! Breakfast was insane — they had absolutely everything you could want, from full English items to pancakes, fruit and so much more. Genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at an all-inclusive hotel.

Secondly, the lunch menu here is outstanding. You get to choose what you would like from a menu and the staff bring it over to you. The service and presentation were impeccable and it felt much more like a restaurant experience than a typical all-inclusive lunch.

The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were also a massive bonus. They include branded spirits, so no local mysteries 🫣, and the staff are happy to make you pretty much any drink you ask for. There is also a varied cocktail list included, which we loved!

We did find the evening buffet a little repetitive, but we personally enjoy going out for a meal in the evening, so this wasn’t a problem for us. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby, so you have lots of choice if you fancy a change.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel is absolutely amazing. From the rooms, pool and gym to the buffet and communal areas, everything was extremely clean and well looked after.

The staff deserve a special mention. From the receptionists to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone provided excellent service. They were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely made an effort to engage in conversation with us, which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

There are also no sunbed wars here! 😂 There are plenty of sunbeds and beanbags for everyone, and we were able to get a sunbed at any time of day. This was such a nice change from other all-inclusive hotels where you feel like you have to wake up at 6am to claim one!

The hotel also has a gym and spa on site, both with excellent facilities, which is a great bonus.

The location is amazing and, in our opinion, one of the best things about the hotel. It’s the perfect all-rounder — peaceful and relaxing but still close enough to Protaras and Ayia Napa. You can catch the blue bus from outside the hotel to Protaras or Ayia Napa for only €2, which makes getting around really easy and affordable.

Protaras has plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and tribute nights, making it a great option for both daytime and evening entertainment. Ayia Napa also has some fantastic restaurants and plenty to do.

We also hired a buggy from a hire company a short walk from the hotel, which was a great way to explore the area and get to some of the nearby beaches.

There isn’t a sandy beach directly at the hotel, which is worth knowing if that is important to you, but there are plenty of beautiful sandy beaches with sunbeds just a short walk or drive away.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Cavo Zoe. It genuinely exceeded our expectations and we would happily return. The combination of the amazing staff, fantastic all-inclusive package, cleanliness, facilities and brilliant location makes this hotel a real gem. We would definitely recommend it to couples looking for somewhere relaxing but still close enough to Protaras and Ayia Napa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent 10 nights at this wonderful hotel in September 2026. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the seafront and a bus hop away from Protaras main strip. Bus stops are very close to the hotel,so getting around is pretty easy. The hotel itself is very modern with 72 rooms , so not overly crowded. We stayed on the fourth floor which is adults only. Our room had a side sea view , which for us was fine. Bed very comfortable good size shower and daily room clean and towel change if required. We stayed on a half board basis which includes a free bottle of wine each or a beer each+ unlimited soft drinks. The food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Plenty of choice and different themes every night. Pool areas very clean and never struggled to get a sun bed . Pool bar also serves drinks and food. All staff very pleasant and friendly and are always available to help. Special Mention to Saroj. Top man. Always up for a bit of banter and nothing is too much for him. We have stayed in Protaras before and was a little apprehensive about staying here due to it being a vibe hotel . But don’t let that put you off. It’s very relaxed and has a good mix of all ages staying there. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
