Capo Bay

This is our third visit to this hotel. What is there not to love about holidaying here? Above all the exceptional customer service is worthy of a mention, especially from the pool team, breakfast team, cleaning team and bar service team. The Asian staff are extremely polite around the hotel at all times and know how to treat guests - they are the best at their game in the World. With thanks to Dayal for keeping our room top top on this trip.

Additionally, location, beach, restaurants and facilities make this a perfect location to holiday. Not forgetting the sunshine - the sun always shines in Cyprus - well almost. Even a small storm and showers didn’t dampen the holiday.

I had a back massage and facial in the Oneiro Spa and I fell asleep. The lady who did the treatments was absolutely amazing.

There are some nice touches that make this hotel a special place. Cleanliness, location, champagne for breakfast , fresh pool towels and the iced face towels - very welcomed indeed.

We didn’t have the best time room this time, but we will try to avoid that one next time. We only have one little negative comment and that is please change/wash the side curtains in the cabanas as they look dirty and it notices. Unfortunately I’m a bit of a clean freak, but Alex Polizzi would definitely have a heart attack if she saw them in a 5 star hotel.

Overall a smashing holiday once again in the Capo Bay. Thank you.

The staff in this hotel are fantastic but the experience for me, fell short compared to other hotels and I would’ve put it as good but the star system is “average” - “very good” which isn’t really ideal We had a side view with side sea view. That meant it also overlooked the road leading to the strip so it was noisy. I found the lack of fridge really annoying as was buying water daily. Noisy air con. No sun on balcony. We didn’t eat at the hotel as the choice outside is extensive. The hotel and grounds are immaculate but it’s very busy outside of the hotel grounds and the walk along the sea front very touristy and the smell from the WCs albeit away from the hotel is gross. The pools are immaculate and the service is great all the staff are friendly and helpful and cheerful a real credit Late checkout: We did have access to a room for half hour because £80 euros for a room until 4 or £100 until 6 again I thought excessive and not something I’ve experienced before I had 2 facials and a back massage in the spa which was top class. Outside of the hotel Fig Tree Bay, for me, unusable. It was absolutely heaving with every inch of sand covered in people. The sea clean and clear but again full of people boats and it really is far smaller than the photos and the drones portray Re Protarus well it’s a strip of bars and restaurants, it’s reasonable and there is plenty of choice. Can’t complain about any of the restaurants.

We’re having a lovely stay at Capo Bay Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean and the staff are very friendly. A special thank you to Daya from housekeeping, who takes great care of our room every day and always pays attention to the little details. We really appreciate it! 😊
