Hotel was ok in new bit but disappointed by cjs this year attached to hotel new staff all I’m going say is when you talk behind customers backs make sure we can’t hear young girl on the night rude

Lovely holiday
We stayed at this Hotel/Apt in October. There was a slight problem on the first night as our room was not ready so we were put in another room and moved into our room the following day. As a way of saying sorry we received a meal coupon we could use at CJ's bar/ restaurant which was a nice way to say sorry. The main part of the hotel has been updated but we were in one of the buglow style accommodation situated around the pool area. We had a second floor room overlooking the pool, which was nice but a bit dated. The pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the beach and the main restaurant and bar area of the resort. The staff at the hotel and CJ's were lovely. Bottom line for me with somewhere is would i stay there again and I would.

Really nice hotel
Lovely hotel. A hiccup with the room but the lady on reception helped so much and changed it to a bungalow which are being renovated when season ends. Lovely pool lovely sunbeds (must get up early to get one). Shout out to C Js bar and restaurant beautiful food great entertainment and exceptional friendly staff. Thanks to Carl and Jayne for accommodating my two grandchildren (chocolate pancakes and pasta). Brilliant service from the breakfast ladies and the evening ladies Lauryn Luciana Jayne and few others I will see you next year.

Don’t book a bungalow
Booked this hotel for 2 weeks in September.we never got the option for the superior room so just booked a 1 bed apartment (bungalow) the apartments are really spacious but very dated. Had ants all over! Not just a few there were thousands just covering the work tops and crawling in the closed Pringle tubs we had brought! There was a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard and in the shower!! The shower curtain was hung on with a hook attached to the window and a flimsy rail. The shower flooded everytime we used it..after 2 days we complained and asked to change rooms we asked to pay to upgrade but the hotel was full. All they said was speak to jet 2 if you want to move! Or we have annother room but it’s the same ans the one we were in. After we complained the cleaner must have done a better job because we saw nothing for the rest of our stay!! The pool area is lovely but you need to be up early to get a sunbed. We went half board with Cj’s which was spot on the food was lovely and the staff were fab. The hotel is in a lovely spot with it being 5 mins away from the strip and the beaches. The first few days did not put us off as we have booked again but for a upgraded room. The lady on reception did tell us that all the rooms would be upgraded by next year and classed as superior rooms.

Great location Fab outdoor pool and sunbeds Stayed in superior room (refurbished) Friendly staff Cleanliness could improve slightly Small things needed like clothes airer tea towel mugs aswell as cups guest soap CJ pool bar and restaurant staff excellent and meals are huge.
