Desspiba is so good. Anastasia Beach Hotel is a very nice hotel, especially for families. The location is great, the beach is nearby, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff. They were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Their service made our stay even more enjoyable.

This apartment needs a total refurbishment
I’ve just entered my apartment and I was led to believe that we was getting a refurbished apartment instead we got a run down apartment. Ceilings paint peeling stains on the sheets no mattress protector. No utensils in the draws toilet seat that looks like it has never been changed since the hotel was built all this within 10 minutes on entry of my apartment. I’m shocked on the overall condition of this place. Maybe on the beach should look a bit closer on the hotel conditions. No way this apartment deserves a 4 star rating. This is all within ten minutes on entry but we arrived at 1am

Good points, 1, close to beach, 2, close to Panera, 3, food was good. 4 water park was good fun 5, ice creams were really nice Bad points 1, pool area was not cleaned (green slime near steps), 2, rooms old and dated 3, No entertainment in hotel except a 15 min pool exercise, it's ALL at other sister hotels. 4, 1 lift was working properly the other kept getting stuck. 5, the drinks from the pool bar were way too strong which made them undrinkable half a pint of alcohol in a cocktail was just not nice. 6, beds were not very comfortable. 7, hand rails attached to walls with plastic cable ties, 8, dance floor at sister hotel was dangerous due to broken sharp tiles. 9, tennis courts shut. 10, unbearably loud music till 4 or 5 am from a nearby outdoor nightclub Thurs to Sat . 11, most staff spoke very little English or Greek .

Very spacious family room
Comfortable beds, unlimited hot water, towels changed every day, along with room cleaned.
Air con worked perfectly except it was really loud, to the point it kept us awake with a droning sound.
Tea/coffee/milk replenished everyday too
Food Lots of choice every day. Themed nights were lovely, Oriental, BBQ, mexican were l delish . Gets busy for dinner but always lots of food. Lots for breakfast too
Staff Almost everyone we met were lovely, friendly, and professional.. always stopped to chat, with a smile
Pool/waterpark Lots of places to sit , comfy loungers with thick mattresses. Some activities but they often don't put them on which is disappointing, the girls running the activities seem to not want to do them Waterpark very fun, gets quieter around 4pm. Get there early for a lounger
Gym Lots of equipment, maintained well.
Hotel is near a beautiful beach, great for snorkeling, its a municipal beach so you have to pay for beds/umbrellas
The hotel is old so there are areas that need improving, however it's always kept clean, and I believe for the price we paid for our holiday we very much got value for our money.
