This excellent, small , friendly , clean, family run property is in Protaras, 100 mts away from an organised sundy beach in Pernera area, nearby you can find Trinity Beach, and Agia Triada Beach. Guests can also venture further to Fig Tree Bay Beach. This hotel offers guests a wide range of facilities to ensure they are comfortable throughout their stay. For those who want to stay in touch with their loved ones, they will be delighted with the complimentary WiFi access which is offered in public areas and hotel rooms. Guests who are driving can also take advantage of the on-site car park. All rooms come fully equipped with modern amenities, such as free A/C, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, satellite TV and furnished balconies, complimentary high speed wi - fi, mini fridge, sea view with a little charge, allowing guests to feel at home away from home.

Perfect place
Second stay and hard to fault it. Family run small hotel, spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, just had swimming pool revamped and it looks great. Raff behind the bar is friendly and works very hard. Located a few meters from the beach and a boardwalk that goes to Portras if you fancy a walk/jogwith beautiful views, cafes and restaurants along the way. Great hotel if you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere and good value for your money.
Another good stay
Just got back from another 2 weeks stay at this great family run hotel and already counting the days until we go back later in the year . There is a good atmosphere around the hotel a lot of the guests are returners . rooms are a good size. shower ,good hairdryer ,cups ,kettle ,and a fridge you need to bring your own coffee or Tea .The hotel and the grounds are kept clean and tidy the pool has just been re vamped .You can have a hot or cold breakfast or both . beach is a short walk there are shops and restaurants with in easy walking distance .

Needs improvement
We stayed at Anais Bay Hotel last month and overall had a lovely, relaxing holiday.
Positives:
- Great location, very close to the beach in a quiet area.
- A pleasant 30-minute walk into the main Protaras strip.
- Lovely views from the balcony.
- Breakfast offered a good selection with plenty of choice.
- Staff were generally pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
- The hotel décor is quite dated and could do with refurbishment.
- The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
- Towels were rough and in need of replacement.
- Basic amenities were missing, such as teaspoons for tea and coffee.
- Water glasses in the room were not cleaned daily.
- Soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations, furniture being moved, and other noise from neighbouring rooms and upstairs, resulting in very little privacy.
- It was noticeable that regular returning guests seemed to receive preferential treatment.
While we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing break, we would not choose to return.
For dining, we highly recommend Fresh House and Nissiotis for both food and service.
Directly opposite Anais Bay are some fantastic apartments where non-residents are welcome to use the bar and restaurant. The food is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and we found ourselves visiting there frequently during our stay.
We also highly recommend the mountain excursions, particularly the village tours and halloumi-making experiences, which were a real highlight of the trip.

Lovely 2 week stay in may
We stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2026, we had a lovely holiday, great hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely staff. Nice pool area, never had a problem getting a sunbed. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Great friendly staff, we will be back

Lovely hotel
We are here currently and have no complaints We are in the hotel which is a lovely building not like the concrete blocks around us of other hotels. Breakfast is adequate and staff are friendly. Room is modern and clean. We are very close to beach and you can walk in to Protaras along the very lovely coastal path passing by some lovely beaches and bars. Bus stop at top of road and for 2 euro you can travel anywhere. You do need the be up early if you want to secure a sunbed but we don’t lie in the sun all day. We have had an hour by both pools (one is by the apartments) later on in the day and both were very pleasant. We did ask to view an apartment which was clean and adequate and I feel the pool by the apartments is better for children. We had one meal at snack bar which was very good. All in all very happy we booked here and VGVFM
