Perfection. Friendly just fab
Fantastic hotel. Just loved it there . Excellent location, all staff are brilliant and the swimming pool area was lovely, drinks and food great, just perfection. i loved it, amazing protaras amazing friendly hotel. Will go back time and time again FAB

Better than a 3*
Room was lovely, modern, clean, super comfy bed. Decent furniture on the glass fronted balcony. Didn't self cater but plenty of utensils etc if you wanted to. Bathroom good with rain shower. Loads of towels including towels for use round the pool, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel and handwash. Proper hairdryer! No extra cost for safe and air con 👍 Staff all pleasant Pool was large but was in the shade alot of the day so was cold, but I did swim everyday. Lots of sun beds and parasols. Bar service was good The location of the Alva is brilliant. Next door to the ice cream parlour and next to that the Love Boat bar, so you are in the heart of it. Beach just across the road, about 4-5 minute walk. Even though the Alva was very central, only light noise from the live entertainment could get heard when in the room, but we were out late most nights so it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely return to the Alva

Fabulous. Staff, location cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
Perfect ! Great for an independent holiday close to everything. Much better than a hotel with all the advantages, housekeeping, towels, fully equipped kitchen. Clean and friendly staff! Car park, pool. Across the road from Fig tree bay and Vrissi beach.
Nothing short of amazing hotel, and staff.
Been coming to the same hotel for 13 years, why change when you already revdive everything and more than you asked for. Stunning rooms, stunning views, stunning location, amd amazing staff. We always go for the suite self catering, as there's loads of cafes and bars literally on your doorsteps. But if you wish, like we do, we have a few meals on the balcony and watch the sun go down.
Will never been able to say enough about this amazing hotel and staff.
Thank you for all the years of lovely memories, and simply bei g able to relax by the pool.
Special mention to Pizza Flozlx literally on the front porch area of the hotel, best pizzas and cocktails on thw strip. Again, great staff.
Here now for 7 more days,and we'll be back again next year. Says it all.

lovely clean apartments
Lovely clean hotel on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the suites lovely clean apartment with two bedrooms bathrrom and a little kitchen with table and chairs. We had a view of the carpark off the balcony but didnt mind as we were hardly in the accommodation. The cleaners in this accommodation are amazing, clean your room every day and do a very good job. you do have the usual sun bed wars and need to be up by 8 to get a sunbed and i did feel there wasnt enough sunbeds for all guests, pool area was lovely and clean. they do have a little bar by the pool although staff didnt seem very friendly, i went to flox bar behind the pool staff lovely and friendly and serve amazing pizzas. we were self catering and would reccommend a few restaurants, sonjas, raj indian, american diner,and marcellos italian all amazing. we loved the fools and horses bar just up from the hotlel which sells nice bar food.
