Does the job
Basic does the job,nice clean room. Staff were very helpful when we needed an extra cup in the apartment room. Near all amenities.
Poor quality, not clean but good location
The location is great, just by the main street and beach. The room quality is very poor. Doornobs, wall parts falling down, not enough equipement in the kitchen, took 30 mins just to boil eggs. It was not very clean at all. The beds were comfortable though. The noise level was high because you are on the main street with parties. The service in the reception was very good, a special shout out to the Greek girl that was very helpful.

A perfect and enjoying stay for family
5/5 Absolutely perfect staying! The Finikoudes beach on your feet!In the Finikoudes street the most lively street in Larnaca. Absolutely spacious apartments, alla the rooms are spacious and perfectly clean!! Thank you for the Oceania suite, a wonderful suite absolutely perfect for a five member family!!! Absolutely safe and quite place for families and couples! Restaurants and pubs and shops on your feet! No need to use a car. A renovated and respected place! Thank you for all the Politeness and especially thankful to Ifigeneia for everything!

Do not book
Do not book this. We went for a one night stay before going to a villa and it was so bad we didn’t stay but booked another hotel. It’s like a youth hostel, the walls were filthy, the furniture was at least 30 years old as was the kitchen and flooring. The pictures are so misleading.
Not how it looks in the photos and overpriced
The photos on booking.com do not provide a true representation of the apartments. We were traveling with 2 teenagers and so booked an apartment with 2 rooms. The standard was grubby and old. Arrived at 9pm but decided that we would look for somewhere else. Thankfully we found something around the corner. The explanation given by reception was that you booked sea view apartment and that’s what you have. What’s the problem? We explained that we felt the room (180 euro per night) shown on the website was not a fair representation. I have included pics here for you to decide. The hotel refused the refund 👎
