Excellent hotel and amazing service
We had an amazing stay at the Radisson. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the service was excellent from start to finish.A very special thank you to Cristina from the Lobby Bar. She was always welcoming, friendly, and professional, and she made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Her warm smile, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service made us feel truly valued as guests.It was unforgettable!!
Good hotel food not so good
Mixed review - checked in and no info re hotel ie where breakfast was served, where to collect beach towels etc. I asked bout local tavernas and the receptionist just waved her had and said ‘I think down the road maybe’! The rooms are large and airy, and kept immaculately clean, as are all the common areas. Air conditioning is excellent too. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. The beach bar closes at 9pm which for a hotel seems very early, but tbh I visit this evening and ordered the burger and quite possible of the worse I had it was dripping in grease so the local cats were fed well. I mentioned to the server and he just said I will mention it to the chef! So very disappointed in the food front. Yes a lot of construction going on around the hotel but didn’t spoil my stay as only a short 3 day stay. Hopefully once the works are completed on the new road and hotels there will be a better choice of local restaurants as currently no local Cypriot tavernas close by.

Massive Disappointment – A Masterclass in Poor Customer Service
Title: Massive Disappointment – A Masterclass in Poor Customer Service
We arrived at the Radisson Beach Resort expecting a high-quality stay, but experienced a total failure in service and accommodations.
Customer Service: From the moment we checked in, the reception staff was cold, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy, providing only the bare minimum of information.
The Room & Beds: We booked a Double room but received one bed and a sofa bed for the kids. The sofa was so flimsy and soft that a metal bar dug directly into my children's lower backs—one of my sons actually cried from the pain.
Facilities: The AC barely cools the room. The bathroom features glass sliding doors that don't close properly, leaving a gap and zero privacy.
Problem Resolution: When we complained to reception, there was no apology or offer for an alternative room. After several attempts, they sent a maintenance worker who admitted he couldn't fix the issues. Reception simply said, "maybe tomorrow we can change the room," offering zero immediate solutions for our kids to have a proper night's sleep.
Dining: We booked half-board. Not only was our room missing from the dining list (causing further embarrassment), but the food variety was also extremely poor.
Bottom line: Complete disregard for guest experience and basic comfort. Avoid.
