great hotel
Great hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. I was only there overnight- i arrived very tired but what was great that very close there were outdoor bars with live greek music.So the position is fantastic 2 minutes from sea but on city centre.

Bedroom refurb needed
Hotel lovely, staff good however our room was shabby The bedroom and bathroom needed a refurbThe fridge door was hanging on by a thread and we had to ask them to clean it, it was very dirty..The shower needed attention and needed a reseal

A total of 2 stars is fair.
The staff are very rude, and not helpful at all. There was an issue with the water, we reported it, the receptionist was nagging while we were explaining the issue. Additionally, there were no tissues in the rooms, which is very weird. Definitely a 1 star, but the location is so nice next to the Lazarus Church and the beach, so a total of 2 stars is fair.

Accommodation is going downhill.
We spent about 8 days in Cyprus. Noticed all the cost have increased dramatically. Cost of lunch or dinner is very expensive. Accommodation was fairly priced. The place we stayed at their breakfast was a disgrace. The eggs, the potatoes the bacon etc was all cold. If you wanted this hot they will heat it in the microwave. We are going back to Cyprus next year but will never stay there again.

Terrible hotel
This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was extremely dirty, bed sheets smelt, mould on walls and no hot water. We spoke to a member of staff and we were moved to a new room which was even worse. Due to a late arrival check in (1am) we had no choice but to sleep the night and in the morning we checked out. The manger was very rude and he didn’t want to refund us. Do not stay here!
