A peaceful location near Larnaca:
At the nearby Mazotos Beach, you can enjoy the sparkling waters of Mediterranean Sea and the wealth of exciting water sporting activities on offer including kite surfing. These apartments in Mazotos, are also just a 15 minute drive away from Larnaca International Airport and 20km from Larnaca City Centre. A variety of restaurants, cafes, mini market and local shops are within easy walking distance in the nearby village of Mazotos.
The High View Gardens feature one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments, and a two bedroom Penthouse. Each unit is stylishly decorated and is completely self-catered. They consist of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining/seating area and bathroom. They also include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, LCD TV, electronic safety box, cloth washing machine, iron & ironing board. Bed linen and toiletries are provided in the room and a free baby cot is available on request.
For days not spent exploring the area, you can enjoy the splendid Cypriot weather in the outdoor pool, garden or sun terrace. Following a stint within the fitness centre, the snack bar is on hand. If however, you wish to hire a car for further exploration, the free on-site parking will be a much-welcomed facility.

A peaceful haven, great for families!!
We stayed at the apartment F001 for one week. The patio is large with table and chairs. It is fenced off so completely safe for children. It was spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Home from home. The pool is clean and the small gym is handy. Mazotos is a small friendly village and these apartments are just on the edge 10 minutes walk away. There is a bar (Legends), 2 supermarkets a cafe and a wonderful working mans club near the church which serves fabulous simple food and cheap beer and wine. The beach (paradise beach) is five minutes away in the car with safe bathing for children with a bar and snacks. The camel park is brilliant for children 3 euros to get in with a pool etc (7 mins away). Breakfast and evening meals all amazing here. Larnaca airport is 20 mins away and Larnaca beach 25 minutes. We took the first turning to the town centre and found parking for 2 euros for the day on a piece of waste ground. The restaurants here are excellent, blue ribbon beaches. Kiti is close by for bars and restaurants. Great cake shop. There is a Carrefour that you will see on your way from the airport this is good for initial stocking up. Central position for driving to Limassol and just for getting lost and discovering places. Will definitely return in May with my elderly mum being ground floor and by the pool it ticks all the boxes. Cant wait!!

The sky is always blue
The apartment is full of modern furniture, all rooms have air conditioning, terrace with comfortable furniture. The apartments have a swimming pool is excellent, clean, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool bar is available with a cold drink, ice cream, or even a quick meal too. The pool and terrace free Wi-Fi is very useful and also the small fitness room. Recommended for those who like peace , but at the weekend the life is more eventful. The pool can be used from 9 am to 9 pm in the afternoon. Car is recommended but Mazotos (10 minute walk) you can take everything you need. Larnaca airport by car / taxi 15 minutes, Larnaca city center 25 minutes. From the apartment the island is well discoverable, the big cities (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca) 1 hour drive away. The Camel Park was very close to Mazotos and just 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment owner answered our questions, and given evry useful information. Thank you Geraldine!

A very friendly environment at highview
Such a lovely complex! We had an amazing time here the pool area was perfect the staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again it was exactly as explained on website.
Village life to perfection
Having visited Cyprus many times this stay in High View Gardens was outstanding! The apartment is very spacious,clean and quiet. 10mins easy walk to village centre and local Taverna . Pool is large and the beach nearby. Owner has accommodated to all your needs.

A fantastic afternoon!
Went with friends here to use the pool and had a brilliant time! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Ordered food and was tasty and delicious! The pool was clear and the kids had a great time! Next time will defo book an apartment for a few days. X
