Much needed holiday second vist to this hotel in Cyprus
Tofinus hotel ayia Napa, second time at this hotel. Great value fr money. Own amazing waterpark. Staff go above and beyond to make yr stay perfect. The food dining is 10/10. Hotel very clean. Bar staff amazing lenny Lisa and Alex. I wld highly recommend this hotel fr a holiday in Cyprus. It’s close to beach and shops and water sports. All inclusive menu is excellent.

Seb has made our holiday we are here for two weeks for our honeymoon with our children and his entertainment has been amazing with the children. He has made our holiday even better having our children occupied. His friendliness is outstanding. My husband has thoroughly enjoyed the adult entertainment including water polo and beer pong. They can't do enough for you! There is something for everyone in this hotel. Staff are so friendly, rooms are immaculate and the food is amazing something different every night. Overall amazing hotel, will be sad to leave

Bad experience
When arriving early hours we should have had a packed lunch ive been told , in the morning there was never a bed round the pool or the water park and to top it off when had money taken from our room in the afternoon , being a diabetic i went back to the room to charge my pump i noticed my partners handbag on the side so thought nothing of it , when we returned to get change for dinner on the night the bag had her perfume out on the money had gone .when I complained to the receptionist he told me to see the manager in the morning , well he just was not interested and accused me of being drunk on that day and told me to stop blaming other ppl he was shouting and basically told him to to do one in the nastiest form he threatened to get me arrested i was frustrated and upset that he accused me , and didnt care , after I cooled down I apologised but he was rude and didnt accept .....yes I should have used the safe but how can they have cleaners as thieves not the first time apparently , I will not be returning
Great facilities food and staff could be better
We stayed for 2 weeks in summer hols. Lets start with the water park/splash park - brilliant and keeps the kids entertained all day! Be prepared though for the stampede at 10am when the gates open and its open to the public. There is nowhere near enough beds for the vast majority but theres lots of wasted space where there could put so many more. The slides on the other hand are great and the splash park for the littlies is fab and my son particularly enjoyed the lazy river but lifeguards could you please supervise and stop people messing about and being dangerous.
The food is adequate but no variety especially for the kids. My son lived off fish fingers, chicken nuggets and hot dogs as that's all that was on offer. Breakfast by far the best meal of the day.
All Inclusive? No. Some-inclusive. Bottled water charged for! Never known that as water in the all inclusive drinks machine im sure is tap water! €3 for a bottle of water from the bar.
The staff? Rude and not helpful. Saw families having to sit on separate tables because they won't move tables unless you've booked! I got shouted at by a waiter because I used the wrong tongs to serve my son some nuggets. Animation team. Seb and Hermaya the Nepalese lady were fantastic. She played with my son for ages whilst the other 3 girls played on their phones.
The feeling is just rules, rules, rules and no customer service at all.
Good
We had a wonderful stay at Topfini Hotel! The food was good, with plenty of options, and the meal times were very convenient. The water park was absolutely fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
A special thank you to Saeed from the reception, who was incredibly helpful, kind and always happy to assist us. His service really made our stay even better. 🙏🏼
One small tip for future guests: it’s better to bring your own towels for the pool, and keep in mind that the hotel doesn’t change towels every day, so it’s worth bringing a few extra.
Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our vacation. Highly recommended! ❤️
