Manager, Staff made a good holiday UNFORGETABLE!
All I can say is what a fantastic hotel, Not just the building, the food and the atmosphere and location but the staff!
From the minute we arrived they were so attentive and helpful.
Most of all the Manager!
My partner has some mobility issues at the moment, quite severe as have many.
He could not do enough to ensure her stay was perfect, nothing was ever a problem, he listened and made everything happen. Ensured we had an amazing room, that she was able to move safely round the hotel even if it was only for lunch. Even when we’d been out for the evening for a walk as we passed by the beautiful bar at the front he invited us in for a drink made sure she could sit without climbing steps and have a great view. We had some tea and when we came to pay the bill he’d only bought us our first drinks.
Even on the last evening because we had a late flight next day, he arranged another room so that if needed she could rest and shower; a real treat as they do not do late check out, so considerate and so kind.
What a fabulous late summer holiday made even more memorable by someone who sees the person not the customer.
We will be going back; if you want a great break then you really can’t go wrong coming here.

Short stay with friend
Went away for a little break with a friend for her birthday. Really lovely stay start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, staff were welcoming, extremely friendly and provided excellent service, including bar and restaurant staff.
