T. M. Sands Beach Hotel is a small and friendly character for Adults only. The hotel enjoys its unique, prime location as it is situated right on the Sandy Bay beach and is a 20 minutes' walk away from the center of Ayia Napa. Superb Accommodation
Well designed, furbished, and decorated rooms are offered in T. M. Sands. Deluxe inland view, Deluxe side sea view, Deluxe seas view and penthouse rooms with sea view balcony are available. All rooms accommodate up to 3 persons. They are fully air-conditioned with private walk in shower and WC, balcony, satellite smart TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge (some facilities may have extra charge).
Eat and Drink Food and drink have a special meaning in Sands... Main dining room with alfresco sitting area for breakfast and dinner and pool side restaurant for lunch and all-day snacks. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with live cooking station. Lunch and snacks are served a la carte. Main lobby bar and pool bar are also available for your cold drinks, coffee, beer and of course our special cocktails.
All types of board are available ie bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive.

Tasia Maris, The Cool Guy and Bartender
I must say for sure that this Hotel gave me the best experience i have ever had. I have been to few of countries so far and in a few of hotels but the staff here was wonderful. Either was it David the cool guy receptionist who gave some interesting fun facts or just talked with us ar the Pool when he had some time haha or our beloved Bartender Roman which we almost became friends with, he saw us and immediately knew what we needed to drink. Shoutout to the whole staff aswell either the cleanin guy, or cooks just everyone was wonderful and im thankful for this experience.

This vacation was amazing. Super staff, very nice people. The receptionist David is simply amazing and the bartender Roman is great ;) all the waiters and employees are friendly, hardworking, smiling and do their job with love and are simply amazing! The food was excellent, always changing. Close to the center. The rooms and the hotel are clean. Hunyor.
The best hotel & the best staff
The hotel is absolutely stunning! The views from the balcony are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. When we arrived we were greeted by David. He gave us recommendations & best places to visit while we were here. The bar staff make the most gorgeous cocktails especially the two gentlemen Costas & Panikos, they couldn’t be nicer! They were always so polite and very chatty! Would definitely come again!
Great holiday
Just heading home from a 10 night stay at Tasia Maris sands. It really is a lovely hotel. The staff are all excellent, with a special shoutout to Panikos and Costa. So friendly, warm and funny. The food is very good with plenty of variety. The rooms are on the small side, but have everything that you would want, cleaned every day with a fresh bottle of water left in the fridge for you. Great location with access to a wonderful beach. Great value for money. Looking to book again for next year. Thanks for the chats Panikos. From Post office Morris 😜
