T. M. Sands Beach Hotel is a small and friendly character for Adults only. The hotel enjoys its unique, prime location as it is situated right on the Sandy Bay beach and is a 20 minutes' walk away from the center of Ayia Napa. Superb Accommodation
Well designed, furbished, and decorated rooms are offered in T. M. Sands. Deluxe inland view, Deluxe side sea view, Deluxe seas view and penthouse rooms with sea view balcony are available. All rooms accommodate up to 3 persons. They are fully air-conditioned with private walk in shower and WC, balcony, satellite smart TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge (some facilities may have extra charge).
Eat and Drink Food and drink have a special meaning in Sands... Main dining room with alfresco sitting area for breakfast and dinner and pool side restaurant for lunch and all-day snacks. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with live cooking station. Lunch and snacks are served a la carte. Main lobby bar and pool bar are also available for your cold drinks, coffee, beer and of course our special cocktails.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff
This is our third year visiting this beautiful hotel. The location is amazing , right on the best beach in Ayia napa and the staff are great. The bar staff, Costas, Nisant, Bipam,Roman,Sarose, and Tamim make you feel so welcome . The food is very good quality and the waiting staff Panikos, Lanis, Andrea and a few others whos names i dont know make the experience pleasurable. The rooms are kept very clean. Special thanks to the lady on floor 2 for making sure our room was serviced well each day.The main hotel is kept very clean by Maria Even the reception staff make you feel so welcome. Shout out to the lovely Maria and three other receptionists. After spending two weeks here we are very sad to be leaving 😢. But will definitely be returning next year. In general, beautiful hotel, beautiful and helpful staff and very well run. Five stars from my wife and i.

Wow! A gem of a hotel
Wow! What a gem of a hotel , we were a group of 7 friends who has had the best holiday. location, food, cleanliness , all outstanding but what really makes this hotel stand out by far are the staff absolutely amazing, they all work above and beyond , Nishant, Roman, Pannikos, Andri, kostas, Bipan, David and all the cleaning staff , just to name a few but every member of staff are outstanding - we will definitely be returning - thankyou all

Lovely hotel and holiday
Adults-only hotel of 6 floors and 15 rooms on each floor, all with balconies. We paid for the upgrade onto the 6th floor. The room was a reasonable size and reasonably well equipped (don’t know how it compares to other rooms).
The whole hotel is well maintained and was spotlessly clean and tidy, with the sheets and towels changed daily. The swimming pool is a bit small, but it’s right on the sandy beach and the sea was warm so we swam there every day and just used the pool for a quick dip to cool off.
We went all-inclusive, but with hindsight bed and breakfast would have been better for us as there’s nothing to do in the hotel in the evenings (other than sit in the bar) so we went out every night. Plenty of places to eat near-by, and walking into Ayia Napa is only about 15 minutes if you want really busy.
The food in the hotel was excellent. Good mix of local and international food, always hot and well cooked. The bar is well-stocked, but the all-inclusive drinks are limited to cheaper versions as you’d expect. The cocktails were a bit weird but all pretty good.
I will specifically say that the staff are all amazing. Too many to mention, but the friendliness made you feel very welcome. Particular thanks goes to Nishant, Panikos and Antri who were just lovely. And to Roman - who my partner had a bit of a crush on!
The ultimate question is would we stay again - yes, but on a B&B basis.

A really special hotel!
Absolutely love this hotel, adults only, small hotel in a fabulous location right on the beach. I had a room on the first floor,very comfortable and cleaned every day. The whole hotel was spotless. The staff were amazing, so so welcoming and friendly, special thanks to Antri in the restaurant, Nisshant and Roman, such great people. I would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, very clean and amazing staff😃
Fantastic hotel, very clean, great location and amazing staff. Had a lovely week here. Adults only, nice and quiet, nice clean pool and a lovely safe Sandy bay just a few steps beyond the pool. Great clean facilities all round. Just a 5 minute walk to the next cove where there is an underwater sculpture museum called Musan. Excellent water clarity, a must see. Lots of marine life including turtles. Food was lovely and lots of choice. Best part of the hotel were the staff. All were amazing but a big thankyou to Andri, Nisha, Rabina, Nishant and of course Mr. Lakas. Your smiles and chat made us laugh . So very efficient and such happy people. Can’t wait to see you again soon😃thankyou all.
