T. M. Sands Beach Hotel is a small and friendly character for Adults only. The hotel enjoys its unique, prime location as it is situated right on the Sandy Bay beach and is a 20 minutes' walk away from the center of Ayia Napa. Inspiring grounds and interiors, attentive service, high standards of cuisine, prime location and a child free environment are some of the key elements of T. M. Sands Beach Hotel.
Superb Accommodation
Well designed, furbished, and decorated rooms are offered in T. M. Sands. Deluxe inland view, Deluxe side sea view, Deluxe seas view and penthouse rooms with sea view balcony are available. All rooms accommodate up to 3 persons. They are fully air-conditioned with private walk in shower and WC, balcony, satellite smart TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge (some facilities may have extra charge).
Eat and Drink Food and drink have a special meaning in Sands... Main dining room with alfresco sitting area for breakfast and dinner and pool side restaurant for lunch and all-day snacks. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with live cooking station. Lunch and snacks are served a la carte. Main lobby bar and pool bar are also available for your cold drinks, coffee, beer and of course our special cocktails.
All types of board are available ie bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive.

July adult only getaway
What a gem of a hotel, if you want a complete chill getaway, this is the place to go. Staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Food delicious and good variety. Room spacious and spotless, lovely sea view. We will definitely be back - thank you x
Perfect holiday
Just returned from the Tasia Maris Sands? Its in a wonderful position, right on beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Food lovely and plenty of choice. We initially booked half board, but was so impressed with this gem of a hotel, we upgraded to all inclusive.
A great choice in Ayia Napa
A Perfect 5 Night Stay - Thanks to the Incredible Team at Tasia Maris Sands We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay at Tasia Maris Sands, celebrating my son’s 18th birthday during the first weekend of July 2026 and what truly made this trip unforgettable was the people. George, you lead an exceptional team who deliver hospitality with heart.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff greeted us with a genuine smile. The warmth and consistency across all departments made our stay feel special from start to finish.
Reception – Sev, David, Christiana & Maria This team set the tone every day. They were always happy to see us and ready to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to support my wife in planning our son’s birthday - from arranging a beautiful cake delivered to the Glasshouse Restaurant (that review is coming!) to helping organise balloons. When you’re abroad for the first time, these small things can be surprisingly difficult, and their kindness made all the difference. Thank you all.
Bar – Roman, Nishan, Bipan & Costas Fantastic cocktails, fantastic service. Thank you for always anticipating our orders - it felt like you knew what we wanted before we even sat down. A brilliant team.
Restaurant – Lakis, Andri, Abina, Nisha (and apologies to anyone I missed) Once again, the people make this place. The food was fresh, well presented, and the restaurant was spotless every single day. A calm, welcoming environment thanks to a hardworking team.
Rooms – Penthouse 601 & 602 We booked two penthouse rooms for our family of four, and they were perfect - spacious, comfortable, and worth the upgrade. Being welcomed with chilled Brut Champagne and a bowl of genuinely fresh fruit was a lovely touch. Housekeeping was impeccable; returning each evening felt like stepping into a newly prepared room.
Pool Area We spent most of our time here. Even with the hotel fully booked, it never felt crowded. My only negative point - and this is directed at guests, not the hotel is the early morning towel reservations. Please stop placing towels on loungers at 6am and then going back to bed. It creates a cycle where everyone feels forced to do the same. A little mutual respect would go a long way.
In Summary Tasia Maris Sands was an excellent choice for our family celebration. The hotel is lovely, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa.

Excellent Hotel
We had a fabulous holiday at this hotel. Location is just perfect with the beach right on its doorstep. We booked all inclusive in the Penthouse room and we were not disappointed. The room and view was beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean. The food in the buffet was excellent with a great selection. The staff at this hotel are the nicest and most professional we have ever encountered on holiday. Always so very pleasant, helpful and they work extremely hard. Nothing at all is a problem to them. A special thank you to Panikos and all the buffet staff, to Roman and all the bar staff, to Maria and reception team and to all the cleaning staff - you all do an incredible job. We are already planning another visit ❤️
Beautiful place, beautiful people
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tasia Maris Sands Hotel and would happily come back again! The location is simply perfect – right on the beach, with beautiful sea views that made every morning and evening special. The hotel rooms were spotless every day, and waking up to the view of the sea was something we will truly miss. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, so everyone could find something they liked. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. However, what makes this hotel truly exceptional is its incredible staff. You can have a beautiful hotel, but it's the people who create unforgettable memories. Antri – thank you for being so warm, kind, and always willing to help. You made us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. Rabina – your sense of humor is priceless! Always smiling, always ready for a lovely chat, you brightened every single day. Nisha – your positive attitude and amazing energy are simply contagious. You have such a wonderful spirit! Lakis – we wish you two more dogs... and some cats too! 😊 Your love for animals says everything about the kind of person you are. Kind, thoughtful, and always a pleasure to talk to. Roman, Bipan and Nishant – thank you for every warm smile at the bar and all the friendly conversations. You always made us feel welcome. And finally, Maria at the reception – you are, without a doubt, the best receptionist we have ever met. Talking with you was always a pleasure, and your kindness and professionalism made every interaction special. To the entire team: thank you. You created such a genuine, warm atmosphere that for one week we felt like we were surrounded by good old friends rather than hotel staff.
