We had a fantastic stay at Tasia Maris Hotel & Spa and would like to thank the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The hotel is clean, modern, well maintained and perfectly located. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices every day, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. What truly made our stay special was the staff. A very special thank you goes to Christina, who made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Her kindness, attention and personal touch made a real difference and she was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our holiday. We would also like to thank George, the restaurant manager, whose professionalism, leadership and attention to guests were evident every day. In addition, special recognition goes to Soultani and Subas for their outstanding service. We would also like to acknowledge Stelios, Anastasia, Emanuella, Ahmed, Manou, Dani, Dimitris, Masoud, Mirzla, Kyriakos and Haider, who were always friendly, professional and hardworking. The restaurant and bar teams were excellent throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team. Our room was always spotless, and every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and consistently high standards contributed greatly to our comfort during the holiday. Unfortunately, there was one disappointing aspect that affected our final impression. We checked out before 11:00 a.m., but our airport transfer was not scheduled until 6:50 p.m., with our flight departing after 10:00 p.m. As soon as we checked out, our all-inclusive wristbands were cut off. We fully understand the hotel's check-out policy. We were offered a voucher for one meal, which was appreciated. However, after enjoying an all-inclusive stay throughout our holiday and remaining on the property for almost eight more hours after check-out, the immediate removal of all-inclusive privileges still left us feeling somewhat uncomfortable on our final day. It was difficult not to feel that, after being valued guests for the duration of our stay, we were suddenly treated differently. Some additional flexibility for guests with late departures would have made a significant difference and would have been a much more fitting end to an otherwise exceptional holiday. Despite this unfortunate ending, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would still highly recommend Tasia Maris Hotel & Spa. The fantastic staff, especially Christina and George, are the hotel's greatest asset and the reason we leave with so many wonderful memories.
A big thank you to George, the restaurant manager, and Chef Christopher for taking such good care of us during our stay.
They always made sure the food was tasty and suitable for our needs, and they were both so kind, helpful, and attentive.
We really appreciated the personal service and effort they put in to make our meals enjoyable. Thank you both! 🙏
Great hotel well worth a visit we’ve been 14 times, food and service in the restaurant is exceptional (and I’m a picky eater ) super choice to suit everyone, a lovely welcome from reception is always given too, all bar staff and maids are very polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble 10/10 from me.
We have absolutely loved staying at this hotel! We arrived late and in our room we had been left 2 sandwiches a bottle of water and a bottle of fizz with a happy anniversary card which was so nice. We had a signature swim up room 229. The room was absolutely perfect for us, the pool was fantastic as only shared it with one other room and on a couple of days we had it all to ourselves. The towels were changed on a morning and on an evening there was a knock and the door from a smiley maid to see if we would like to have fresh, nice touch we thought. The food and hospitality has been excellent throughout my favourite food is Greek food and there was lots of that especially on Greek night, it was so delicious, those Greek potatoes and lamb kleftico as well as moussaka and beef stifado, absolutely delicious! Big shout out to Christina who was so lovely and also mr dimitri. The location of this hotel is great on Nissi ave. You can walk to Ayia Napa along the main road easily or on the costal path which is stunning. A bus is 2€ each if you prefer. We did 2 day trips our favourite was on an all inclusive catamaran and it was so perfect medcruises.cy is who we used. The other was to famagusta and the ghost city which was a fantastic history lesson in the islands past. We also looked around the free museum at Ayia Napa monastery which is all about myths and legends and it was fantastic. Thank you Cyprus you have my heart always. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary we are married life began and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Tasia Maris and your staff Efharisto
Our second stay here and it was fantastic. We were half board and enjoyed fabulous food at breakfast and dinner. Cocktails at the pool bar were €6 so happy days!. The evening entertainment was great, singers, karaoke and bingo depending on the night. Great location, walking distance to beaches and the centre of Ayia Napa and only a 45 minute transfer from the airport. Best of all…the staff, Sultani and Demetri at the pool bar (perfected my Long Island Iced Tea), Katarina on reception, Sultani (again) & Mirela in the main bar were all so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team on the 5th floor were always so polite and friendly too. All in all nothing was ever too much trouble. That said, a special mention to George Evagorou, the restaurant manager, what a legend. Remembered us from our first stay in 2024 and an absolute credit to the TM team. We will definitely be back.
