- Piere Anne Beach Hotel

This charming hotel is situated in Ayia Napa. The 146 welcoming accomodation units offer a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. null The reception is open 24/7. Piere Anne Beach Hotel does not offer cots on demand.
We have a bad impression of Piere Anna Beach Hotel. The hotel staff is very unfriendly, the reception provides no information, and they are quite unwelcoming to the hotel guests. Jelena at the reception is unapproachable, unpleasant, and unwelcoming. The rooms are full of various bugs and ants. Also, the rooms are untidy, the maids are careless, and they don’t leave towels in the room. Hygiene is at a very low level. The only praise goes to the food at the hotel. The hotel’s location is also in a good position. NO AIR CONDITIONING NO WIFI HAS BEEN WORKING THE CLEANERS ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR TISSUE OR NEW FRESH TOWELS WE HAVE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT HOW SMELLY AND DIRTY THE ROOM IS
This is the dirtiest and lowest grade of hotel I have EVER stayed in, in my life. Please don't ruin your holiday by staying here. Only thing is nice sea front (Rocks/not sit beach) location.
Staff are foul - most will just ignore you but god help you if you want some help from them - they just laugh if you ask. The female (back office) manager just trots around with her coffee like she's God and looks down on everyone she passes.
There are 3 blocks to the hotel:
Main block with reception - oldest, dirtiest and lowest grade block and if your room number starts with a '6', it's gonna be bad - no view other than AC units from balcony. All this block overlooks AC units but the higher up ones get a bit of a view. They throw all the revellers in this one so with loud music and all night partying, you are not going to sleep. The rooms are falling to bits and filthy. More like a hostel but everything in there has parts missing - fridges with no shelves. Bathrooms are miniscule and you have to turn around and close the door to be able to sit on the loo. Showers dirty and full of mould. Look at some of the pics travellers have shared
Low block facing the pool - marginally better but I would still not want to stay here as it's starting to look more like the old block.
New(er) block facing the beach with plunge pools - you only get allocated these if you've paid a fortune for the holiday and the photos the hotel markets on their website/holiday sites are in this block. They wouldn't dare share photos of the majority of the rooms as no one would book.
Maids do as little as possible and the only way to get clean sheets and towels is to throw them outside of your room in the morning so they HAVE to change them. Otherwise you'll have the same ones for your stay. Tip from Receptionist!
Food - breakfasts are barely (and I do mean barely) acceptable, don't change and the sausages and bacon are awful. Only thing acceptable was the (sometimes) fresh/made to order omelettes but you only get a teaspoon of added ingredients (ham/cheese etc).
Dinner - sorry it's mostly slop and I would recommend going breakfast only if you chose to stay here. Most didn't bother eating here when I stayed.
Kai Restaurant - decent snack/small meal menu and prices are ok but none of this is included in your stay and will cost extra. Slow to serve.
I have stayed in Ayia Napa a few times and there are decent hotels which you will pay the same or less for. Definitely one to give a miss - be warned!
A bit dissapointing! Beware of all the extra charges! Online it says that there is tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is no tea bags or coffee and they charge you €2.50 for an adaptor so you can actually plug in the kettle! Also no bottled water provided in the room. But thankfully they do provide the cups for your non-existent drinks!
The t.v also requires an adaptor to plug in and they give you no remote control. You have to pay €20 for a remote. And all needs to be in cash.
The air conditioning doesnt change temperature when you adjust the dial, doesnt change fan speeds either.
This hotel has very poorly decorated rooms, they look unfinished, with paint splatters and poorly patched holes. They are clearly trying to save money any way they can, while still charging more than some of the nicer hotels.
Beds are comfortable and the location is great. Just very overpriced for what you get! Stayed in much nicer and cleaner beachside places in Napa for less money!
Excellent hotel near the sea with a beautiful view and convenient location. Of course, the entry into the sea is bad, there is practically none.
We went with friends, spent more time in the city - overall we liked everything.
Currently in one of the Kai Building Suite rooms with private pool and sea view, it is lovely but down side is little brown ants everywhere, I see them sometimes in clusters or just a few, or one or two at a time Im hoping they are not harmful but it is annoying, and saw a massive cockroach outside the room last night! Luckily I am checking out tommorrow 12pm! Upgraded from a room in the old building for the last 2 nights because wasn't keen on the view, funnily enough did not see one insect, wondering if I should have stayed there! Other than that no major complaints and cant fault the staff, they are very helpful, informative and friendly. Definantly read all reviews before you make your decision and book which I had done so I knew what to expect. Nissi Avenue only a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops, not far to walk to the Marina and Ayia Napa square only about 10-15 min walk, Im a walker so love going everywhere on foot if I can! However, there is a bus stop outside hotel to visit other areas. Breakfast and dinner is ok but didnt eat there every night, however if you want a half decent beachfront hotel with access to all local amenities and reasonable food then Pierre Anne might be a good choice for you.
