Perfect Stay for a Relaxing Vacation
It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for a week with my friends in September this year, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied (multiple things at the same meal), and of good quality. We enjoyed the hotel facilities; they have a gorgeous pool. It is very close to the main streets with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the beach. It is quiet around, even though it is very close to the restaurants, and we were able to rest well.

Disgusting
Nice complex, but very tired rooms. On arrival about 16.00 it was sunny, however when we were shown to our room...36b, the room was in darkness, with all curtains closed. The room was not aired and smelt awful. The receptionist opened the curtains in the bedroom and said 'patio doors in here too'...however it was just a dirty window...she immediately closed the curtains as if we hadn't noticed ! The balcony was full of conifer branches/ leaves and hadn't been swept in weeks ! We stayed here 10 nights and nothing on the balcony from the trees at all whilst we stayed. The bedspread smelt awful, but I was told 'it had been disinfected'.....never been laundered in a while .....just awful. The pillows on the bed were disgusting, used and marked....felt like bags of potatoes. The spare pillow in the wardrobe was full of stains.....also the 3 blankets in the wardrobe also smelt used and clearly not laundered !! The apartment itself was tired, small and uninviting. We asked to be moved but was told ' the hotel was full'. Bedspread and blankets taken by the 'room servce' staff the next morning and guess what, replaced by laundered ones in plastic bags. The apartment seemed to have been forgotten and hadn't been cleaned in ages ! Terrible experience and would avoid at all costs. The view from our balcony was shocking.....a JCB ! See photo.

Good hotel, I can recommend this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful time!
DONT COME HERE!!!
The hotel it self is really nice! Spacious rooms with nice furniture, the bed could be softer though. Nice pool and friendly receptionist and bartender. The cleaning however... Is non existing! I have never been to such a FILTHY room! We complained to the staff which resulted in the head of "cleaning" got so pissed of at us, that she didn't clean out room for more than a week! (we were here for two weeks) The second time we complained about the non existing cleaning resulted in her taking a big bundle of hair and dirt from the floor and putting it on top of my girlfriends bed! She has stolen a present I bought for my nephew and as stupid as it sounds, 4 packages of my favorite chocolate, that I have bought here, because I can't buy it were I live. These are not expensive things, I know that, but all these things put together made this a horrible experience and I can't prove this, but 200 euros also went missing from our room and all the calculating we have done since, doesn't make up for the missing money. I have added some pictures that are from before our first complaint and notice on one of the pictures, were you can see the floor paneling.. I have cleaned e spot were you can see how filthy it was.. I have asthma and my girlfriend has allergies so all in all, this was an experience that we hope to never have again in our lives!
HORRIBLE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE
I have previously reviewed this hotel midway through the vacation and I now had to change it to one star, due to the most rude treatment I have EVER experienced in my life. This is by far the Dirtiest hotel apartment we have ever been to(!) Upon arrival the floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes. Filth everywhere. It is such a shame because the pool is clean, the apartment is spacious with a nice kitchen and nice balcony. The Receptionist and hotel manager are the most rude people I have ever encountered in my 40 year old existence. Cleaning was literally NON existing and we stayed here for 2 weeks. Receptionist's (Elona) reply to us when we tried to tell her how dirty our apartment was and we wanted her to come see because she seemed completely unbothered and frankly was laughing at us and rolling her eyes: "Uhmm..I have a job to do here...but OK sighs and tsk'ing repeatedly. When she DID see the condition of our apartement, she could only agree with how horrible it was and she then chose to bad mouth the older head-cleaning lady, telling us they all wanted to get rid of her but they could not and that she could do nothing about this. She said we should leave a bad review about the cleaning. Elona has received several complaints from us on during this stay and at no point did they clean the apartment. When we spoke to the Hotel manager, she wanted us to believe, that these complaints somehow never reached her and she said "We should have complained to her". Well how many times can someone complain?!? Also someone can not seem to keep their hands off other people's belongings; 4 chocolate bars have disappeared from our fridge, a gift for our nephew also has magically disappeared from our room...When we confronted them with this, Elona said "This is impossible!" She then laughed at us and rolled her eyes and said : "Well maybe you ate them and just forgot..." Half way through our stay we came home and found the beds made up. And in top of my bed the cleaning lady had rolled up a large ball of hairs, dust and filth and placed it on top of my bed. See pictures! On the second last day we specifically asked them NOT to come and clean our room, because we felt unsafe and our things were disappearing. We stated both in the evening and in the morning before leaving the hotel, that we did not want any one in our room. When we came back, they had cleaned the entire apartment!!! When we told the manager that they had cleaned it against our wishes, she said this couldn't be and she refused to have any knowledge of this and said we were lying! She then refused to come to the room and see for herself. Her: "You are no longer my customers, since you have checked out..." This hotel manager is horrible. Obviously they decided to remove evidence because they heard we had contacted Sunweb, the Danish company which we bought our vacation. The pictures shown are AFTER the first TWO times we had complained and they said they would send cleaning. As you can see - they didn't. NEVER AGAIN. This is the most traumatizing vacation experience I have ever had and I wish we had never gone to there. More Date of stay:September 2026
