2 weeks of paradise
Just recently returned after2 weeks of relaxation in this Fine hotel
Firstly location is Great if you want to be away from noise of central ayia napa bars ,traffic and lots of people but not too far to be able to walk into centre
Plenty of regular buses as an option on main road outside hotel
We went all inclusive which was god send considering the amount of fluids needed to stay alive in the heat around the pool 😎
Restaurant in the hotel was of a great standard tables were always laid out to a high quality on arrival for every meal
Staff in all departments in hotel were so helpful and attentive
If you treat the staff nice you receive double in return
Nothing was too much trouble from reception very helpful
The great selection of food on the buffet was varied with many options for all tastes and nationalities
Lots of healthy options for both breakfast and meals
Only small gripe is i would have preferred if certain foods could have been hotter but i know its difficult in a buffet enviroment
Hotel is divided between main and outer block
The rooms are Very ultra modern in the way of beds fixtures and touch sensitive controls for everything lights aircon etc VERY IMPRESSIVE
Amazing wet room shower
All in all great hotel great relaxing time

Highly disappointing
Day 4 into an 2 week holiday and Extremely disappointed considering the cost! On a positive the rooms are clean , pool area has plenty of sunbeds and food has a good selection however the negatives outweigh the positives … dreadful all inclusive with no actual snack bar with this being table service only which sounds great however these are full meals and not just something to munch on. Drinks choice appalling and whilst I’m not a big drinker I do like the odd gin and having to pay for tonic water is a joke in addition to soft drinks not having slush as part of the package which in 36 degree heat you would think it would be considering it’s primarily ice! Balconies you can’t swing a cat in with no room to actually sit and relax. Minimal staff which I assume has impacted on entertainment as there literally is none other than karaoke on an evening and supposed water aerobics for 10 minutes during the day. Hopefully will improve but Unfortunately, will not be returning

Top Marks Pavlo Napa Beach hotel!
Great hotel and staff with excellent food choices! Read reviews before we arrived especially around the all inclusive and food and we're a little apprehensive but it's been terrific! Great check in experience in very early hours with an English gentlemen who was so obliging and explained the facilities etc explaining air con controls and sandwiches placed in refrigerator. Rooms modern and clean always kept immaculate by house keeping daily. We are herein an all inclusive basis with all soft drinks beer and locally produced spirits and cocktails teas and coffees. No wait for drinks plenty of friendly staff at pool and hotel bar! All meals were taken in the hotel restaurant which was very clean and staff were excellent at clearing tables and serving drinks with your meal! The standard of food and choices were excellent ( I don't know why people complain like they do, they must have 5 star dining at home!) Table cloths were always clean when on tables for dinner. We had one lunch voucher lunch to be used at the al'acarte beach side restaurant and it was fabulous! Pool was immaculate and luxurious sunbeds were always plentiful! All Toilets including pool washrooms were immaculately clean! All in all the whole hotel was always spotless and staff so friendly and attentive we are very impressed and would come back again in the future. Well done the staff and management at the Pavlo Napa beach hotel well deserved praise!

A dream holiday in Cyprus
We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful holiday at Pavlo Napa Beach and we can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
The location is simply beautiful. The hotel is situated in a lovely bay surrounded by palm trees, right next to the magnificent sandy Nissi Beach. The beach is perfect for relaxing, swimming and long walks. We also spent a lot of time at the hotel pool, which is beautifully arranged with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. A very nice touch is the fact that guests can use large beach towels free of charge.
Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and an extremely comfortable bed. We also appreciated having a kettle, cups, coffee and tea in the room.
The food was another highlight. There was no boring, repetitive menu. Every day we could try something different, and the food was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared.
But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and smiling. We felt welcome from the first moment. We absolutely loved our holiday and would recommend Pavlo Napa Beach without hesitation to anyone, especially demanding and selective travellers looking for a beautiful, comfortable and unforgettable holiday in Cyprus.

Great hotel.
Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Location was perfect with the sandy beach right at the hotel. Food was great, staff friendly and polite, room and grounds kept spotless. Highly recommend and we will be returning soon. Stayed from 6-13th of October, temperature between 26 and 29 degrees every day.
